In the cottage, you live a basic life, close to nature in a beautiful hiking and cycling area, in a large, nature-rich place: vegetable garden, newly planted food forest, flower gardens & pond are ecologically managed. There are a few pets (dog, cat, chickens, walking duck, bees). The refrigerator is underground and the composting toilet an experience in itself. The whole is made as environmentally friendly as possible and an invitation to live simply while respecting nature. There is a wood-burning stove.

Relax in a beautiful setting with plenty of opportunities for hiking, cycling and other outdoor sports. In addition to the beautiful nature, there is a lot of history to see (their bed within walking distance), and there are the necessary restaurants nearby. The accommodation is a 10-minute drive from Assen and features a private entrance, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and beautiful outdoor terrace. The stay is for 1-4 people and does not include breakfast. Beautiful holiday home with large bedroom and kitchen with cooking facilities and extractor hood. Also equipped with a refrigerator with freezer and oven/microwave. The cozy living room with rustic style has a 2 x 2 person sofa and dining room table for 4 people. The living room has a wood-burning stove that can be used (wood bags available for €6.00 each). The house is of course equipped with internet and TV. There is a lockable bicycle shed with power connection (charging e-Bike)

Wonderful on vacation in wooded Drenthe? Come spend the night in Zeijen! Our small B&B is located in our farmhouse. It consists of a living room, 1 small bedroom with a lovely double bed and a private (simple) bathroom with shower/toilet. If you bring bicycles with you, they can be stored in the garage. Breakfast for 1 pers. €12.50 Breakfast for 2 pers. €20 The stay has a TV, a minibar and free Wi-Fi. There is the possibility to make coffee and tea.

Op Camping 't Veenmeer zijn veel voorzieningen en vanuit het chalet duik je zo het meer in. Het Nationaal Park Drentsche Aa ligt tegenover de camping en biedt volop wandel- en fietsmogelijkheden. Kortom: lekker luxe genieten!

Our small chalet lies in the middle of the most beautifull nature of the Netherlands: the National Park of the Drentsche Aa and the Unesco Geopark of the Hondsrug, on a very quiet camping. It is furnished light and harmonious. The house is suitable for couples and singles, not for children. Overnight stay with 2 persons maximum. No pets. Non smoking (except on the terrace).
