Our luxurious dune villa 'Sela' is overlooking the Engelsman dune, one of the highest dunes of Ameland Island. When dining in the evening, the light of the lighthouse will ensure a stunning island feeling. A fresh dive in the morning is available at the very rustic beach at the other side of the dunes (about 15 minutes walk). Our house has 5 bedrooms, a great living room with a (gas) fireplace, a cosy kitchen with kitchen island, a beautiful dining room and a ‘spa’ with sauna and tanning bed.

Relax on open water, near the Sneekermeer with fantastic views over the water. This renovated house features 2 living rooms with nice hanging benches and 2 TVs. Adjacent to the kitchen with bar and built-in appliances. Also, a large dining table for 8 people. There are 4 bedrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Jetty of 20 m. * The house is in a quiet neighborhood and is therefore not suitable for partying groups! * Sauna, hot tub, paddle board and boat can be activated at an additional cost.

A lovely 8-person house with a large garden. Enjoy the different seats with wide views. Relax in the hot tub or sauna and then drink a glass of wine by the outdoor stove or fire bowl. In the evening, enjoy the house bar while you are hanging outside the BBQ ( covered) There is a possibility to go "working from home" in the office/conservatory. Villa Maison Mer can accommodate up to 6 guests. The house is located directly by the water, has a jetty and invites you to relax in the sun on the large terrace. From here you have a unique view of the IJsselmeer. Whether you like to go fishing directly from your own jetty, kiting, windsurfing on the IJsselmeer or boating. Everyone will be happy in this family-friendly park. In the colder seasons you can relax in the in-house sauna or sit comfortably in front of the fireplace.

Our cottage is located directly on the water and offers you the possibility to dock your boat at a 16 m long private jetty. Due to the south orientation of the property, the garden is in the sun all day long. The new, modern kitchen includes a dishwasher, coffee machine, gas stove, oven and microwave. Dear guests, unfortunately, I have been forced to increase the prices by 12% for 2026, as the government has increased the VAT from 9% to 21%. I hope you ALL come back anyway.

This is located directly on a harbor with its own jetty, just 5 minutes by boat from the Heegermeer and the vast Fluessen. The very spacious, modern and bright house gives access to terraces that are located around the private harbor and with beautiful views of the charming marina of Heeg. A perfect base for water sports, cycling/hiking and cozy villages.

On the Water in Heeg Wetterhaghe Meerzicht

These new (2023) thatched villas of Wetterhaghe have a beautiful unobstructed view over the Poelen, the Weisleat, in the middle of the Frisian lakes area. The sustainable villas have their own jetty with possibly a beautiful 8-person electrosloep! The sloop is available between April 1 and November 1. Just sail to the village for a drink or in the morning to the bakery for fresh sandwiches. But also a day trip over the Frisian lakes is a quiet sensation!

Adjacent to nature reserve Mantingerveld is our spacious, cozy cottage for 10-12 people on a small villa park. There is a large garden with rural canopy and a view of the pond. From our house you can directly walk and cycle along old paths or visit, for example, The Drents Museum, Zippa Fun-jungle, Museumdorp Orvelte or take the Drenthe Brocanteroute. At 600m there is an 18-hole golf course and Grand Café Martensplek with a great kitchen.
