"River Breeze" lives up to it's name. There is almost always a salty breeze to carry your troubles away. Although our house is not directly on the water you can still enjoy beautiful sunsets and river views from your own private house. Great for weekend getaways or extended stays. House address is 520 Paynes Creek rd. Down dirt road house is to the left. Last house on road. Comfortable cottage at the Rappahannock River. 1 bedroom with queen sized bed and sofa that folds out to a full sized bed in the living room. There is a dock with crab pots to use. And a dock that you can fish from. No pets allowed in house. If caught with a animal at house there will be a $300 pet charge.
