Beautiful spot on the water, with a perfect little area for the kids to wade into the lake. A dock for fishing, kayaks, and paddle boards. I love that there were kids size life jackets, made me much more comfortable with the kids playing in the water. Very cozy cottage and had everything we needed. I look forward to booking it again :)

This place felt very relaxing and I really loved the wooden style decoration. It's a cozy place and a nice escape that's not too far from Ottawa. I would repeat again.

My second time staying at this Airbnb! Sandy and her husband are very friendly and the communication was always great! Sandy’s place is very spacious and we absolutely loved being right on the Ottawa River, the suite is very close to a few restaurants (we had dinner at THE POINT was very yummy) nearby although Kanata is only 30 minutes away will definitely come again. Thanks, Sandy.☺️

Absolutely stunning setting and a very clean and well appointed rental. Charming vibe and super cozy set up. Amazing master suite and also very comfortable secondary suite. My family all felt “right at home” and we would definitely consider returning on our next visit to the Ottawa area. Jumped in the Ottawa River on May 18th and can attest to the cleanliness of the water and the nice sandy beach! Exceptional place to relax, refresh and recharge! Second time renting this cottage with a group of 10 women who've known each other for 50 years!! The cottage was a perfect fit for all of us. Location is perfect, with a beautiful view of the river. Perfect walking distance (under 5K) to Quyon and Gavans Hotel for a quart!! Cottage is clean, modern. Having two fire pits offers options to gather - as well as many outdoor area's to gather, back deck, front deck, by the water. Scott is available for any questions - answering right away!! We loved it so much, that we've already booked for our 2026 weekend. Can't say enough good things about the cottage - it was perfect for our gathering - knowing that there are great memories there to last a lifetime. Highly recommend this cottage if you're looking for a relaxing, secluded, private spot to make your own memories.

Travelled to attend a family wedding. The cottage was ideally situated near other family members and the venue. Waterfront views were beautiful and beach access allowed us to enjoy kayaking-although it was still a little chilly for swimming ! Lilacs were in bloom and saw several deer both in the yard and at nearby nature reserve. The Point- provided great food and live music in walking distance!

This was our 3rd time staying at Jennifer and Tom's beautiful cottage. It is a great location for day trips to Ottawa yet secluded enough to just relax. Fantastic hosts and lots of personal touches. Highly recommend.

This is our second stay at this cottage and we had a fabulous time (again!). The hosts are great, the cottage and beach location are perfect for families, and we would highly recommend the place and spot to others.

I booked the entire Kokomo Inn for my birthday which was New Years Eve for my friends and I! it was a trip centred around visiting the Nordic Spa so the location was perfect as it was peaceful, warm and inviting. We were warmly received by the hosts who had the fire roaring for us and a fully stacked kitchen. what a joy! Everyone had a great sleep and the morning breakfast prepared by the hosts was delicious and so thoughtfully presented! will be coming back every time I'm staying in the area!

Clean modern style house, overlooking the water with a beautiful view. Definitely a summer place to rent to use the backyard with its swimming pool and bbq to spend time with friends

The Air Bnb was fantastic. The setting was stunning, and even tho the beach wasn’t really swimmable the view was gorgeous from the deck and the kids enjoyed walking down to the beach and checking out the frogs along the way. (We drove a short distance away to swim). The house was clean and incredibly spacious. The kitchen was huge and well stocked. It was perfect for our two families!
