Holiday rentals with a patio in Otero County

This is the second time we've stayed at this location. We love that it's just across from a nice park, and no more than a five minute walk to the Mid-town shops and restaurants. The condo itself is clean, quiet, and well provisioned. Although we didn't cook any meals, we did use the kitchen to reheat leftovers. We also used washer-dryer. The only downside is that for whatever reason the master bedroom gets warm at night, but after the first night we learned our lesson and used the fan they provided for that reason. It makes a big difference.

Wonderful host! Kylah wqs welcoming, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. The property itself was exceptional: very clean, comfortable, and nicely updated. Everything we needed was provided, and the space felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

From start to finish, Kim was extremely helpful and their place was exactly like described. We really enjoyed our time in Ruidoso in this condo fit our needs perfectly. It was extremely clean and well maintained. We would love to visit again.

This place was perfect for our small family. It had everything we needed and was very clean. The host was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to spend some time in Ruidoso!

We really enjoyed our stay here! It felt secluded because of the mountain landscape, but you’re close to the casino & the downtown shops. I would definitely recommend staying here & we’ll be back!

Gabriel’s place was perfect for what we needed! It’s located close to grocery stores and only a few minutes drive from all the shops and restaurants. But also far enough from the main road that you don’t hear traffic or too much noise. The place was spacious with plenty of seating and gathering areas. The backyard alone will keep this place on my list for an extended stay - with ample seating, corn hole, a pool table just off the patio area, bbq amenities. It’s definitely worth booking again!

Had the best time in Ruidoso and Bella Vista was a perfect place for us. Convenient to golf, horse racing, dining, hiking. And the house was amazing. Loved it all, but especially the deck and the fact it was a single story house!!!!

Absolutely loved our visit! We’ve stayed in this house previously and we really loved the new improvements that they have done since last year. The house was clean and neat. Perfect amount of room. Love the back yard hangout area! Great location and quiet neighborhood. We had no complaints. We can’t wait to come back and visit again!

We had a great stay at John’s place. The rooms were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfasts for our families. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio with coffee, it was a very peaceful space!

Could give this place 6 stars if they let me. Lovely older adobe home, well cared for, two gated yards for your dogs, well stocked kitchen, great mattresses. Cute back yard to sit in. Cute front porch to sit on. Loved our stay and we will be back!!!!

The place was perfect for us! My husband and I came to Ruidoso with another couple and were very happy with the place. The place was clean, comfortable, and matched the photos. We did not have any issues and the instructions were very clear and helpful.

We chose this listing for a short stay to attend a show in town and are super glad we did. Everything from check in to check out went smoothly. The condo was clean and well supplied. The decor was very nice and the bedrooms were comfortable. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed some time in the gazebo that’s across from the condo. I would highly recommend this listing!!

We were looking for a place close to Inn of the Mountain Gods & this condo fit the bill! Everything was exactly as Debi provided - check-in, stay, amenities, everything! It was my husband & I so the cozy space was perfect! I recently had knee surgery & the fact that the entrance had no stairs was a very important plus for us. Highly recommend!

Lovely home that’s got great access to everything Ruidoso has to offer! I loved all of the furnishings and decor. The kitchen is amazing!

The condo is in a great location overlooking the gold course. We saw elk from the balcony and played golf in the Links at Sierra Blanca course across the street. The golf course was amazing and we saw wild horses on the course while we were playing. It is in a great location of town just up about 2 miles from Midtown. Midtown flooded while we were there so we were glad to be uphill of all of that. The condo is very clean and Leslie was very responsive. There is a balcony upstairs from the main bedroom and off of the living room. Although lots of amenities were there, take your shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Every type of pots, pans, and baking pans are there in the kitchen.

We loved our stay at Desiree's condo. It was perfect for my family of 4 and close to the baseball fields we played at. We will definitely be staying here next time we're in Ruidoso!
