Holiday rentals with a patio in Ota City

What a wonderful home! Chihoko was so incredibly helpful, kind and thoughtful. Recommended restaurants, parks and entertainment! The location was walking distance to DT line and the bus...so it was super easy to explore. And one stop to the bustling Shibuya. At night the neighborhood was so quiet, and the beds so comfortable. Having Lawsons across the street made our jetlag bearable. And having space for our family of 4 to spread out was great. Don't miss this spot! Book it and love it! 5 stars!

Really enjoyed staying at this place. The instructions we received ahead of time were very helpful in helping us navigate to the place. The check-in was very straightforward. Above anything else, the location was very convenient, especially the short distances to the Kanda and Akhihabara stations. Highly recommend this place.

The airbnb is very near to the station. The host even waited for us in the train station to help with the luggages. She was very friendly and recommended a lot of restaurants nearby that we can try. The neighborhood is very peaceful and it felt relaxing after a long day of touring around the city. The room is very spacious and enough for 4 people to freely move around. It is very clean, air condition is cold and there are towels provided. The towels could also be washed and changed upon request. On top of that, the host responds quickly and also sends us daily updates of weather forecasts. Since rain was forecasted during our stay, there were also a lot of umbrellas ready on the first floor. Overall, this is one of the nicest airbnbs we have stayed at. I recommend this place a lot and will definitely book this room again whenever we come back to Tokyo in the future!

The apartment has plenty of space and we liked the two rooms, 2 TVs plus balcony. Divider can provide privacy between bedroom/sitting and kitchen/dining rooms. Location was great for us close to Sensoji and shops and markets. We could easily walk to the river, Asahi headquarters and also Ueno park. Trains to anywhere within 400 to 800 metres. local bars and restaurants all over the place. Host sent excellent recommendations about local area when we booked and followed up just before arrival. Very secure building. Fridge and freezer, washer/drier, microwave and cooker, coffee machine etc plus great trash and recycling system with 3 bins and overflow bin so easy to keep the place tidy over 5 day stay. Also the place looks good, modern and clean and all furniture and bedding very nice. The balcony is a great feature as well. Gives a bright outlook, you can eat or have a drink outside on the chairs and table, and I could see Tokyo Sky Tree as well :-)

I like it because the subway station is really close. And there were a lot of convenience stores, grocery stores, and restaurants near the house, so it was convenient. Chikuzen-ya Motsu Yaki Kaku Yoshikawa Shop There was a restaurant here, so I just went in, and it was really the best. If you're staying here, you should definitely go! Most of the accommodations in Tokyo have the disadvantage of being extremely small, but this place is relatively spacious. However, the bed was small, so it was a little uncomfortable. The bathroom is clean and the house is clean. Two of us spent 4 nights, but there were only 2 large towels and 2 small towels, so there weren't enough towels. Fortunately, I was able to use the washing machine, so I washed the towels and used them. He asked me to thoroughly separate the collection, but it was a little different from Korea, so I was confused. Still, I did my best. When I first checked in, I was a little lost because the key to the accommodation was in a different key box, not the one that was guided. The price was cheap, so it was a little far from the main tourist attractions, but it was nice because it was easy to get around by subway. If I go to Tokyo next time, I'm willing to go again. It was a shame that the laundry room smelled a little. You can close the door, but it looks like it needs improvement. Thank you.

Place was relatively big enough for 2 and location was great. Cozy and comfortable. It was equipped with necessary facilities for your needs. If you want to experience living like a Japanese, this is a good apartment to go for.

A lovely apartment , plenty of room , stunning views from the roof top , spent evenings looking across the roof tops , taking in the stunning views especially of Sky Tree, 3 stations within 10-15 minute walk , lots of bars and restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk , all local tourist hotspots within east travelling. Train line nearby but you soon get used to it so it’s not an issue. Thank you for letting us stay.

The apartment had a nice layout with two separate water closets and a nice separate shower stall. It was also nice to have a clothes dryer, drying rack, and patio. The apartment was located in a very quiet residential neighborhood and walking distance to many restaurants and the train station.

Eventhough the place was a little far from tokyo, we ended up liking the place and it's surrounding for being peaceful and felt very local. The place is walkable to two train stations, with Shin-Shibamata being the closest. The house is a modern design. Recommended for guests who wants to get away from crowded areas and loves rural places. Will definitely go back!

The home was well prepared, clean, and easy to get to. Wanyi responded quickly to every communication we sent and was clear in her messages. We felt very welcome in the home and easily fit six people. What a great experience - thanks for hosting, Wanyi!

It was nice. The place has a parking lot so it will be a good option if you get a rental car. Without car, you might have some difficulties to go Tokyo area.

We used Momoe’s place as a “home base” and wasn’t there much during the day. It definitely met our needs as a family of 4 with two kids (8 &5). They have a small area that entertained our littles for short periods. Great restaurants within walking distances and the Subway Station is walkable too. Very clean as well.

This Airbnb is very clean and quiet. Close to a lot of restaurants and very short walk to the JR line. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. I would stay here again.

This place was great. We stayed three adults. There was a bedroom on the first floor and the bedroom on the third floor. The living room and kitchen were comfortable and clean. Oshiage station is with an easy walking distance, and the area is way more peaceful than the big touristy areas.

The house was a 6 minute walk from the Shin-Koiwa station, which the host provided exact directions and pictures for. Getting inside was quick and easy, and the entire house was clean and spacious. Everything we needed was provided for. We were really happy with the water pressure. The weather was pretty chilly when we were staying, but each room had its own heater. Even though there was only one house between us and the train tracks, the noise from trains passing by was minimal. It was incredibly quiet at night, and we all slept soundly. There are also lots of restaurants nearby, so we never lacked things to do. Absolutely would stay again! :)

Convenient transportation, fully furnished rooms, and a pleasant vacation.

Very nice apartment, a little far from the metro but easy to get to. The elevator in the residence is a real plus because traveling with a stroller is really convenient. I had a hard time finding the airbnb and the host made it easy for me to find it. Small present at the end of the stay issued by the host which makes the experience even more enjoyable. I recommend it without hesitating!

Location is great just a few minutes walking to two train stations. We had lots of luggage and our host was so nice to let us drop off early and leave it late really saving us from the hassle of dragging things around the city. Space was comfortable and had everything we needed to have a great time in Tokyo. If we’re ever back we’ll definitely look to book again.

The stay was lovely and so clean! Very nice and quiet area, not too far from Shibuya. We arrived late into Tokyo and I booked it at the airport last minute - the instant book and self check in was so easy. Hong was so helpful and friendly and the response time was so fast!

Location was great, few minutes walk to train station and easy to go around the city. Mall located near the place as well.

The host was incredibly kind and responsive — when we realized the place wasn’t the right fit for our family, they graciously allowed us to shorten our stay without any issues. The unit was clean, spacious for Tokyo standards, and very close to Shinjuku Station, which made getting around easy. That said, the building and surrounding area weren’t quite what we expected. It’s near the red-light district, which may not bother everyone, but it didn’t feel right for us. The building is older, with worn common areas. We saw puddles in the hallway — possibly from the weather — and generators nearby added some noise. The elevator also showed its age. With a young child who has sensory needs, it felt a bit overstimulating — not because of the host, but due to the building and neighborhood. If you’re okay with a grittier, urban, high-adult traffic area and want access to Shinjuku nightlife and trains, it could work well.

This was such a good place to stay in for me and my friend! The location was great and just a short walk from the train station. There was plenty to do in the ikebukero are and lots to do after taking the train to other places. Place was nice and clean and the owner was very responsive! Overall great place

This was a perfect spot for us and our 3 teenagers. We could get to the train stations easily, shopping and food choices nearby were abundant, and the host was amazingly responsive and accommodating. I especially appreciated how responsive the host was. We had some questions during our stay about the area and such, and they provided tips and help immediately. We also loved that they had water, juice, and coffee in the fridge for us when we arrived. After a long day of travel, the drinks were very much appreciated. If we were to stay in Shinjuku again, we would definitely stay here.
