Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Ota City

We had a wonderful stay! Our host was exceptionally kind, hospitable, and friendly. He was very responsive to my many questions before our trip and gave helpful recommendations, which meant a lot since it was my first time in Japan. He was also very considerate of our requests during our stay. We truly appreciated the extra help, including assisting with our luggage and chatting with us before we left. We were so lucky to have him as our host—highly recommended! Will definitely suggest this place to my friends and family planning to visit Tokyo.

The host is super awesome, friendly, helpful,kind and considerate. definately a 5 stars superhost. We had sudden flight changes and the host was really kind and considerate. The property is very near from Kojiya station and it like 3 mins walk and the nearby has tons of restaurants like matsuya, mcdonalds, coco, sukiya and others. there are 3 supermarkets nearby. the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. it feels like living in japan Doraemon setting. across the station there is a shopping market that sells fruits and amazing sashimi store. the kitchen is clean and has complete set of kitchen ware and very clean. the bathroom is super clean and has the automatic toilet setup. the bedroom is clean and has 120 cm wide double bed setup. super recommended to stay

Great quiet place for the area. There were many places nearby that we were able to visit and still had easy access to a station to visit anywhere else we wanted. Sauna was a great addition after long days of walking around and exploring.

This place was great! The host was nice although I never got to meet her in person. This is my first trip to Japan and this place was perfect! the Nishi-Megome station was nearby, although walking there with luggage would be a bit rough, but it is only 15 minutes. it also makes it easy to get anywhere from there. Loved it! Would definitely come back if it was available!

Uchimura’s place is excellent. It’s located 1 KM from the nearest station, around 15 minutes walking distance, not a problem for me. We’ve had a pleasant stay, the room beautiful, the host helpful, complete equipment, kitchen, utensils. I’m grateful to Lynn and Uchimura, definitely would stay here again if I ever come to Tokyo.

I would say this is one of the best if not the best Airbnb in Tokyo. Our stay here felt like staying in our own home. We highly recommend this place to anyone who needs one while visiting Tokyo and nearby areas. Lastly, the owner responds prompyly to inquiries and is honest in dealing with customers.

The location is great. It’s said closed to rather busy JR Kamata station, which is true though, also it’s on the edge of residential area, so quiet at night and peaceful. Check-in and Check-out was smooth as it can be managed through tablet. It has kitchen and all necessary utensils but I needed one more sponge to clean up the sink, to have separated dishwashing sponge. You can buy those in 100 yen shop, though. I throughly enjoy surrounding eating places. Kamata is famous for Gyoza and Tonkatsu, but also a lot of ethnic restaurants. And it’s really easy to go out into the central part of Tokyo, so you can enjoy the life in Tokyo.

케이큐 가마타, 가마타역에서 도보 10분~15분정도에 위치한 곳입니다. 森50 번 버스를 타고 가마타역으로도 이동 가능합니다. 숙소 자체가 방음이 엄청나게 잘 되는 편은 아니지만, 주변이 주택가라 밤에도 큰 소음 없이 조용히 보낼 수 있었고, 내부 시설도 깨끗하고 편안했습니다. 다만 바닥난방이 따로 없어 추운 날씨에 이불을 깔고 자는 건 조금 힘들 수도 있을 것 같습니다. 침대는 위에 히터가 있는데, 바닥에는 온기가 닿지 않아 조금 춥습니다. 그 외 침구류의 청결도, 시설의 깔끔함은 굉장히 마음에 들었습니다. 특히 화장실 천장에 달린 환풍기구를 통해 건조/난방/환기등을 처리할 수 있는 점은 정말 좋았습니다. 도착했던 날이 비가 와서 조금 추웠거든요 ^-ㅜ 샤워하고 추운데 머리 위에서 따뜻한 바람 나오는 게 너무 좋았어요.... 호스트분이 꾸준히 연락을 취해주시면서 각종 정보(근처의 식당, 일본은 현금을 지참하는 게 좋다, 주변 정보 등등)를 알려주시는데 일본을 처음 오는 분들에게는 상당히 도움이 될 것 같습니다 ㅎㅎ 만족스러운 방이었습니다.

本当のお世話になりました。当日予約にも関わらずとても親切にして頂けてとても助かりました。とても綺麗で場所も羽田空港に近いのでおすすめします。静かで3人女子にはとても快適に過ごしました。ありがとうございました。また機会あればぜひ利用したいと思います。

Это самое лучшее жилье во всем Токио!!! Если приезжаете сюда - то снимайте жилье только здесь! Очень близко к метро, рядом есть ВСЕ! Очень вкусные рестораны, магазины, кафе. Сам хозяин просто великолепен! Всегда на связи. Со всем помогает. За 10 лет путешествий - это мой лучший опыт проживания. Рекомендую каждому и от души❤️❤️❤️

Overall stay was great clean have more space than most hotel rooms and close to station/airport/corner stores. Just note it is next to a school so if your a lighter sleeper the bells may wake you up in the morning also there is no elevator stairway is tight for larger people

清潔でなにより大森駅から徒歩10分以内でいける距離ですごしやすかったです。 ただ、カーペットには若干髪の毛がついていたりはしていましたが、他は全て快適でした。

Schöne große Wohnung in ruhigerund sicherer Lage südlich des Zentrum von Tokio in Ota. Geschäfte und Restaurants und Bahnstationen in Laufweite. Gut für längeren Aufenthalt geeignet. WLAN und Aircon super. Empfehlenswert. Vielen Dank.

东京市区的酒店贵的离谱，想住的舒服不妨来到大田区，离羽田机场非常近，15分钟左右到。 位置十分方便，独栋，周边安全，对面就是7-11便利店，买东西非常便利！ 我们三个人入住，两个睡房间分开的单人床，一个人睡客厅的折叠床，还是舒适的！

Host was very responsive, and listing matched descriptions and pictures in the listing. The unit is 3 min walk from train station, which is really convenient. Host explained how to use all appliances. Quick response from host whenever we ask any questions. Would highly recommend this place!!

Lovely little appartment in a calm neighboorhood. Kami-kitazawa station is at 2 minutes walk from the airbnb and it’s pretty easy to travel to more central areas from there (shibuya and shinjuku for example). Lots of restaurants nearby as well as supermarkets which spared us a lot of time when trying to find something. Only detail is the train that passes by is kind of loud but we slept well nonetheless. Would come back to this place.

This was the best stay we have ever had. Bryan’s house was perfect. In terms of location, it is very convenient, super close to Gotanda Station for easy transport. There are many convenient stores, a Don Quijote, a pharmacy and local eateries nearby. We could easily get all we need from around the area. It is also quiet and peaceful, near a scenic river so it’s wonderful to rest up after a long day of exploring Tokyo. Bryan is a very great host. He’s friendly and super fast at replying to any of our questions. He also has amazing food recommendations. While staying there, we had a problem with using the stove and he showed up to help in 20 minutes. He also gives great instructions which were easy to follow so we had nothing to worry about at all. The house itself is good for a family and extremely clean. Bryan leaves all the necessary cooking and cleaning supplies and even offers complimentary drinks in the fridge at check-in. We loved this place and look forward to returning!
