The house has been completely renovated and combines old and new design elements. It is part of the historic "Schleiferei Zwei" estate. It is located in a secluded spot in the beautiful Siebertal, right next to the Harz National Park. The south facing boiler house has an area of approximately 70m2 and an open sleeping area on the gallery. There is a living and dining area with an open, fully equipped kitchen as well as a bathroom and a private terrace. The ground floor is fully accessible.

Quarter over the bridge

The apartment has recently been renovated from an ecological point of view and has an ingenious indoor climate (clay walls and solid wood floors). It is quietly located and only the noise of the Werra can be heard when the windows are open and lulls you to sleep.
