The carnival holiday 2025 was perfect in this accommodation, apartment seems to have been recently renovated, only 2 flights of stairs, has parking, we find everything clean and organized. The sea view is indescribable, and the apartment well aired by the sea breeze. Laundry machine, rangers, rackets to play on the beach. Anyway complete and very nice apartment, with several nearby markets, and close to the center, we also feel no need to use the car. Already our reference in Tramandaí and if we can we will be back for sure!

We love our stay. Mari is very kind and friendly. The inn is a charm. All very clean and organized. You have everything we need. We are very happy with the choice.

Everything just perfect, met and even exceeded expectations. However, a constructive review, I think they could put an internet router close to the airbnb for better wifi connection and the shower after a few minutes turned on, the resistance turns off and we have to turn off and turn on the shower again, which gets in the way of the shower. Outside this, it was a great experience.

We were very well received by Mrs. Marta, with no problems regarding communication. The house is even cooler in person! We loved our stay, we went in 4 people and attended super well. Limpeza note 10, all items as per listing. The street is very quiet, something that pleases us very much. The two showers are great, something that sometimes leaves to be desired in beach houses. Finally, we found the beach enchanting, without the turmoil of the best known beaches, super clean, with plenty of policing and the basic attractions (square, kiosks, trail of joy hehe), in short, we enjoyed our stay a lot.

We went as a family to spend the Easter holiday and the house was extremely smelly and clean, in addition to everything organized! The house is just like the pictures and the location is very good. Gilson's communication was great, too!

Great house to rest and enjoy the beach with the family. Great structure, location and neighborhood. Flawless organization/communication from start to finish with owner Rafael. All well explained, oriented; leaving us with great security to spend, quietly, these days in the house. It had never rented a place with such organization and tranquility.

The hosts were very kind and made us very comfortable. They were flexible with the schedules. The house was clean and well organized. Everything was working, including having a water filter is very practical. The shower was very nice. It was a great experience.

No problem stay, flawless apartment, great utensils, fans can even be seen on hot days. The host quickly answered all my doubts and helped with some problems, very easy to communicate. Apartamento is well located, a few blocks from the sea in a quieter street.

We stayed a week. Great place to rest. Practically empty beach. The host is always very attentive and ready to resolve any issue. The place is close to Torres and Capão for those who want. Safe for children and pets. Even though it was a small condominium, we had great privacy. We'll be back without a doubt!!
