The apartment is located in the same building (next door) to Oslo's most upmarket (and of course the most expensive) boutique & art hotel, THE THIEF. However, at my place you will have more space, a full kitchen, a lovely balcony overlooking the canal and Oslo, free wireless high speed internet, and a MUCH bigger refrigerator if you what to chill that white wine..:-) Tjuvholmen, meaning "thief's island", is the ultimate trendy and exclusive new area in Oslo, with pulsating city space, alleys, walking bridges over the canals, and with extensive seafront promenades. Meters away from the apartment you will find several of Oslo's best restaurants, bars, cafes, cinemas and of course, Oslo's best shopping. Public transportation is close by, either you prefer bus, tram or the small ferries. 150 meters away, you will find the world famous Astrup Fearnley Museum of Modern Art, AFMoMA. The apartment has a lovely balcony hanging directly over the canal six stories down. Everything is of high standard, from the Italian tiles in the bathroom to the walnut floor in the rest of the apartment. There is a wonderful Jensen King size bed (180 cm) in the bedroom.

This is a very spacious and huge 3 bedroom apartment that fits up to 6 people comfortably. The apartment has great views over the Oslo Fjord from the 6th floor with 2 private balconies. It's about a 15 min walk to the city center and Central Train Station, but still in a quiet and relaxed area with cosy restaurants and a city beach nearby that is very popular by locals during summer. 2 grocery stores in near proximity with late opening hours (closes at 11pm).

1 year old apt. 8 min walk from the Oslo S. Amazing view. Pier just outside the building and lots of great restaurants. Supermarked, pharmasi and vine store in the basement. Urban and lively, but at the same time secluded and a stone's throw from the water's edge. The best Oslo has to offer. New apartments in front finished in Aug 2025. We are a family of 4 (me, my wife and 2 young adult kids) on driving trip. We stayed 2 nights. Beautiful home in upscale neighborhood along the coast. Ruth recommended taking the bus into the city rather than driving and dealing with parking hassles, etc. This worked out very well since you can take one bus which starts a 5 min walk from the house and goes all the way into the central city. Ruth is very kind and easy to work with.

Incredibly fresh apartment that is worth the money, however, not only for the sake of the accommodation but for the sake of the host as he was quick to respond, could easily explain if we had any questions and was very helpful. Can do nothing but strongly recommend this accommodation if you are thinking of visiting Oslo. Very good view of Oslo and central, which was also an advantage.

Nguyen was excellent with communications before, during and after our stay. A truly great host which usually makes for a great stay as ours was. Nguyen’s place was in a good location near the water and downtown but away from the noise with easy access to transportation if needed. The condo was comfortable, very clean and tidy and very well stocked with everything you could need. She also checked in with us a couple times to see if we needed anything. Above and beyond! I would highly recommend Nguyen’s place!

Tatiana's accommodation was very comfortable. We loved that there was a Christmas tree and other festive decorations. The apartment is spacious and was well cleaned. There is plenty of space for 5 guests. It has all the appliances that you need. From the apartment it is a very short walk to restaurants, supermarket, Munch Museum, Opera House, floating saunas etc. Tatiana was very friendly and kept us well informed all along. We enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again.

Absolutely wonderful living experience! The apartment located in the center near the sea and it is really easy to find. We came at a bit late time and we manage to collect the key according to the guidance without hindrance. The apartment is new and clean and is equipped with all the facilities needed. A quiet and private place for family trip. We left the memory card and card reader of our camera accidentally and Markus helped us find them without delay. It was definitely a wonderful living experience and highly recommended!
