Loved our stay here! Very beautiful area around the cabin and there is a nice beach like 5 minutes away. The boats were amazing, and everything was so well thought out - from the clear signage, to the variety of helpful items, to even having an extra propane tank for the grill. You can really tell they care for the property.

We were so refreshed by our stay at Julie’s! What a lovely, clean, and peaceful home! We enjoyed grilling and eating dinners on the deck, slept so well in the quiet setting, and enjoyed watching movies/ reading books in her cozy living room. Hiking on the nearby White Pine Trail and getting ice cream at Ultimate Ice Cream was so much fun. We loved our lunch at, and the missions of, After 26, as well. We definitely hope to return for another long weekend in the near future.

Affordable, no frills, right downtown. Just needed a fuss free place to stay and it was exactly that. Easiest Airbnb experience I've ever had. Highly recommend if you're visiting Mt Pleasant.

This was my 2nd stay, exactly as expected and advertised. Very peaceful, just what I needed. The heat-pump a/c worked great throughout the house on a 90deg day. The home is clean with very comfortable furniture. I’ll definitely stay again. Thanks so much!

We’ve been coming here for years and it’s great every time. The creek is incredible and there are tons of birds here as well. Melissa was super easy to communicate with and recommended some great local spots for us as well. Can’t wait to come back next year!

We absolutely loved staying at the CDL for a long weekend. The board game room had so many options to choose from—we really enjoyed spending time in there, checking out new games and a few staples. Everything was immaculate when we stepped in, so tastefully decorated and oh so clean. Rex and Lynnette are top notch hosts and were available when we had questions or needed a refill of coffee beans. Such kind people! We stayed at the Yellow Door Lodge last year and loved it just as much. We will be back!

Felt right at home, very comfortable. Communication was great. Anything I needed he was right there to assist.

What a wonderful stay! The house was impeccably clean, and wonderfully decorated and had tons of space. The pool and hot tub were clean and in great condition. Hosts were incredibly responsive. The space was even larger than the photos made it appear. I would 100% recommend and return!

This location was beautiful. The amenities were fun, and the only thing missing was enough time to do them all. Jonathan was responsive and the house was small, but plenty spacious for 10 people if you like each other. There was always some spot an introvert could go to be alone for a while. Wonderful stay.

Cheryl’s home was great for our family with young grandchildren. The sand provided hours of building and pretending fun. The sandy beach and shallow water depth was perfect for all the children from 2-8. They really loved jumping off the dock. The kayaks and paddle boats gave us time on the water. The large level grassy backyard was excellent for softball and tag. The bunk room was great for the grandkids to sleep together, leaving 4 bedrooms for adults. There was a pack n Play and a high chair for the youngest. There were many toys and games to play. The house hade cute decore with special touches to welcome us everywhere. We also appreciated the washer and dryer. The leather sectional was cozy for all of us. We also loved the fire pit for s’mores in the evening. We would like to have had more beach seating. The last two plastic Adirondack chairs were fatally cracked. I’m sure those are on Cheryl’s list to replace soon. Thank you for sharing your home with us Cheryl.

The house looked just as pictured. Even though you are close to other houses, it’s so comfortable that you don’t even notice and it wasn’t an issue. Everything was clean and worked as described. Alan explained everything thoroughly. We had an amazing weekend at the lake! We brought our own float that we blew up and tied to the dock and had the best time ever!

A great secluded location for a weekend away. Close to lakes, golf, and other activities. We particularly enjoyed the firepit and grill.

Absolutely loved this relaxing retreat. I needed a last minute stay so I didn’t have a lot of time there but it was clean, lots of space, good WiFi, lovely outdoor areas set up, and it’s also very private with pretty views.

Absolutely adore this little spot in the middle of the Michigan woods. This place is the perfect getaway from the outside world. SO peaceful and relaxing. We can't wait to come back and check out more of the surrounding areas.

We really enjoyed staying here for a five year anniversary getaway and relaxation. Our pup got her zoomies out and even explored by the River! We would definitely book again! Both Frank and Kaylee were responsive if we had any questions and great hosts!

We booked last minute, great small space for a peaceful weekend built for two plus two (dogs). Everyone was very nice. Kitchen was stocked with most everything you could need. bath area was very clean with great shower. Next time we are in area, we will definitely stay again. Thank you Megan.

Sarah came through in a big way when our reserved campsite at a nearby park was... undesirable. I booked an opening on Sarah's property on a whim and shortly received several helpful and welcoming messages. Regarding the site(s), here's what you might like to know: 1) The description undersells the site. The paths were full of native wildflowers. There is a lot of pleasant activity on the river - wildlife in the morning/evening and tubing parties in the afternoon. The campsite is adjacent to a rails-to-trails path so there is a great opportunity for walking & biking. 2) The sites are spaced at a reasonable distance apart from each other and would be ideal for a group (renting several sites). We had a couple camping next to our site, which turned out to be a good experience. However, that could depend on how mindful neighbors are with music volume, etc... 3) Descriptions of the riverside sites being in the sun are accurate - I'd recommend a canopy of some sort for shade relief.

We had a great weekend with friends at Robert’s place. The location is private and peaceful. The house is big and comfortable with lots of things to do! Would definitely recommend :)

We LOVED our stay at the Red Yurt! I was shocked at how clean and comfortable everything was; it looked just like the pictures. Everything was functional and easy to use. We had everything we needed for a great getaway. The yurt is private and secluded enough that we didn’t feel bothered by neighboring campers at all. The wood-fired hot-tub was a unique experience! Check out and check in was easy. The hosts are very kind and communicate instructions well, so I didn’t feel stressed the morning of trying to pack up. Thanks for a great stay! We’d love to return.
