Very nice stay was nice and tidy the way it should be and the boat were excellent every issue we had they were right they’re to help

Very responsive host . We arrived a little earlier than expected. I messaged Jean to see if we could check in early and within 5 min she responded and said we could . That was a big help . AC worked great , internet very strong . It’s in a great location and easy to access . We had 6people . More than comfortable with the 4 bedrooms . I would def stay again . Thanks Jean

We really enjoyed our stay. Nice and easy to find. Clean, tidy and lots of space for our family to relax. Our son really enjoyed the gaming area, with endless games of pool. Christian was a great host and would definitely stay again.

My family and I had a very nice stay at Junior’s place. The area was quiet and peaceful. The apartment was spacious and the space was well distributed. We really enjoyed that the pool was within walking distance. The waterpark was not within walking distance, however it was just a two minute ride by car. Junior was very responsive and ready to answer any questions.

We stayed at Cami’s place during a trip to Disney, and it worked well for our family of three. The unit is in a quiet, gated complex that felt very safe. Our daughter especially loved the pool! The location was great—about a 20–25 minute drive to Magic Kingdom and close to plenty of restaurants and shopping. Cami was responsive and accommodating, especially with our (unplanned) late arrival, which we really appreciated. There were just a couple of things that felt a bit misleading from the listing. It mentioned two queen beds, but they were actually full-sized. Also, the listing stated that there was a washer and dryer in the unit, but if there was, it appeared to be behind a locked door and not accessible to us. This was a bit disappointing since in-unit laundry is something we typically look for, but we managed fine without it. We just wanted to note this in case it’s important for other guests too. That said, we overall had a lovely stay and would recommend it for a Disney trip.

Great place to stay if you are in orlando. Feels right like home. It has everything that is listed and the host is warm and very responsive. The home is clean and very comforting. The neighborhood is great and peaceful too. A thing to note, It can be really quiet after dark, but doesn’t feel unsafe as it’s a gated community. Close to gas station, restaurants, and other attraction. MCO airport is 45min - 1hour long drive. In all, will very much would like to stay at this place. Andy and Maria do a great job of hosting you!

Great spot! Chunye was a wonderful host as well. We loved the pool/water park area, and the condo itself was in great condition.

Once I found Alex & Sofia’s HP home, I knew this house was for me! Had a wonderful 4 night stay at their house. Very welcoming and very beautiful!

I thought the place was great, the kids loved the pool in the backyard. This was drivable to Disney which we opted to do for a few days and Jennifer was always so responsive. There was some live music across at the community pool but I didn't think it was overkill and the kids slept right through it. I will rent again.. hopefully soon!

The number one thing I loved was Michael’s communication. His replies were quick but thorough. He really took the time to explain and recommend things to do, and checked in to make sure things were going smoothly. Secondly there’s parking literally right in front of the door which makes unloading luggage a breeze. Quiet environment, comfortable beds, the kids loved the toys 🧸. It was a 10/10 stay! :)

We had a wonderful family vacation in Kissimmee! The home was absolutely beautiful, spacious, spotless, and exactly as described. The location was peaceful and convenient, and the host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We had no issues at all and felt completely at home. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again in the future!

Stefan’s place is in a perfect location, especially if you are going to Disney. The directions he gave on how to find it were very clear and easy to understand. We liked the fact that it was in a very quiet and private part of the gated community. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting out on the lanai with a view of the water.

Danika’s place is beautiful! The location is peaceful and quiet and the view is amazing. The home is very clean, comfortable and perfect for our group, two couples and a single adult. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book the next time we are in the area!

Great place! Conveniently located to Disney and Wlamarts. Quiet neighborhood.

We had an amazing stay and location is great loved being steps away from the pool. hector was so accommodating with allowing us to extend our stay and has quick communication. Only cons is the plumbing we had to plunge the toliet just about everytime bathroom use or flush again to make sure it went down. We confirmed a party of 6 and there weren’t enough towels/washcloths so be prepared. Other than that 100/10 - we will definitely be staying again .

This was a great find for our family. The pool was amazing for the kids and the condo was so comfortable and relaxing. Plenty of extra supplies for literally everything you can think of inside . The host was very responsive and gave clear instructions on how to get to there. She also allowed us to check into the property early giving us a nice break before having some fun. We had absolutely no issues with our stay. This is a perfect location that we hope to come back to in the future.

Very responsive. We stayed 9 nights with a family of 5. We bought some free&clear detergent, extra TP. He added black-out curtains in 3rd room for us & brought us a broom to use. The non-master sink didn’t drain well & the towel rack was coming out of the wall. Still usable. Master bathroom lighting terrible for make-up. Great hot water - never ran out when all 5 showering one after the other. Only non-master shower had a hand-held shower head (very helpful when washing my kids’ hair). No hand towels, but we weren’t using the pool, so we used two pool towels in the bathrooms to dry our hands. (6 bath towels and 6 pool towels are provided). Bathroom soap watered down and squirts out like water. Message Carlos before you arrive to get gate code & door code. Nice big table to eat at. No issues using kitchen - we used every morning & night. We were 10-20 min drive away from the 4 non-water Disney parks. The first night there was a loud party across the way till 10pm and I lost my mind

Our stay at Jeff’s place was perfect for our little family and small children. It is very close to Disney parks and easy drive! It was clean and safe and all around perfect for our trip. Also easy check in and check out!

So fab for families, has pool toys, kitchen stuff you forget to order, super close to Disney and condo’s pool; owner makes sure you are stress free and relaxed; everything for kids - little to older; right next to pool

We’ve stayed at several rentals in Orlando before, and this one has definitely been our favorite. The apartment was spotless, very well equipped, and had everything we needed. The location is excellent, very safe and quiet, and close to everything we needed. We really enjoyed the peaceful view over the lake to the pool area behind it. The pool with the lazy river was nice and added to the relaxing atmosphere. Joanne was very quick to respond and helpful throughout our stay. Would absolutely come back.

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. In a very nice secure resort with good walking paths, bridges, pool/waterpark and views. Close to local grocery store and shops but far enough away from the busy tourist areas. Condo was very clean, with simple modern finishes. Really enjoyed the big kitchen! Would definitely stay here again!
