Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Osaka

Tats gave me such a warm welcome, he picked me up and dropped me off at the station, and also took the time to explain how the electric bike worked. I had so much fun riding it! The place was clean and conveniently located near great restaurants and beautiful temples. Thank you again!

Away from the bustling Kyoto city in a quiet neighbourhood in North Kyoto, the perfect place! The bikes worked out perfect to visit the bamboo forest 9 km away on the west and the Philosopher's path 5 km on the east following a beautiful canal. The pick up service from and to the station is a plus. Tat was very quick to react to our messages. He also gave us a very good address for Ramen restaurant 5 min walk from his place.

Le logement était impeccable, propre et très bien équipé un vrai 10/10. L’hôte a été particulièrement aimable et a pris le temps de tout nous expliquer. Un grand merci aussi pour les vélos mis à disposition pour 1000 yens seulement, ils nous ont permis de découvrir encore plus de temples et de profiter pleinement du paysage, c’était un vrai plaisir. Nous avons également été touchés par l’accueil de Monsieur Tats, qui est venu nous chercher à la gare et nous y a raccompagnés le jour du départ. Un grand merci pour cette attention! Je recommande cet hôte les yeux fermés. Merci

Un très bon pied-à-terre pour découvrir Kobe. Logement propre avec hôte accueillante. A moins de 10 min à pied du Nunobiki garden et un peu plus excentré du port de Kobe et des autres activités mais tout de même faisable à pied.

我到了yata站已经是晚上11点了，气温还挺低，手机地图没有导到正确位置，赶紧给房东打电话，房东会讲日文、中文、英文，耐心指引我找到住处，帮助我解答了我的私人问题。我在住的地方认识了加拿大来的Kevin，人很nice，我们一起吃了两次饭，一起散步，聊了很多。不远处有一个日本人开的小餐馆，吃饭的都是附近的人，大家很熟，很开心，也很欢迎我们这些外边来的客人。总之，一切都很好，强烈推荐。

Volvería a reservar con Anna.

Anna and her husband greeted us at the door and gave us a tour of the house to start our great stay! Although it was a shared guest house, it was very clean. It was also very close to the train station and a Lawson. The stairs in and out are pretty steep, so be aware of this before reserving. There is a washer/dryer and a nice balcony, which are both great and convenient amenities. Highly recommend staying here for a trip to Osaka!

I had a lovely experience at Kuma house. Anna and her husband were so kind and welcoming. I was lucky enough to walk in right as Anna and another guest were cutting open a watermelon, and they graciously offered me some as we got to chatting. Her husband Ito san was also so kind as to walk with me to show me to the nearest onsen upon me asking about it. My interactions with everyone including other guests were respectful and kind, the bed was super comfy, I had a wonderful time here. I will note however that the closest conbini was over a 10 minute walk away, which may be far for some in need of a quick snack or late night food or drink. Not a big deal for me, but was surprised there was nothing closer.

매우 친절합니다. 체크인시 직접 마중 나와주십니다. 주변 즐길거리와 관광계획을 추천 해 주십니다. 공항에 가는 교통도 설명 해 주셨습니다. 친절한 호스트와 일본 분위기를 느낄수 있는 숙소를 찾는다면 추천합니다. 재방문 의사 있습니다.

다음 여행시도 이용하고 싶을 정도로 아주 만족합니다!! 일단 호스트님에 응답이 정말 빠르시고, 안내가 정확해서 이용이 편했어요! 주택가에 위치하고 있지만 가까운 거리에 편의점, 드라그스토어도 있어서 물 사 먹기 좋았어요! 렌트카를 해서 무료주차가 되는 점이 너무 좋았어요! 추천합니다~!

The Nozemi house was a really great experience! The hosts were very kind, easy going, and were responsive. The apartment itself was bigger than expected, and the walk to the JR line / Aeon Mall was shorter than expected (~12 minutes). The only recommendation would be to provide clear instructions for the washer / dryer use, and rice cooker use. Thank you!

Well clean, new and quite place. Lin is very helpful and waited us until check in as we landed to Kyoto only late evening. We stayed in upper floor unit (20x), and we have no issue to carry the luggage up thru the side staircase. For those want to avoid, you might consider rent the ground floor unit (10x). Overall very comfortable stay for small family like us (with 3 kids), walking distance to Lawson, Mcd and other restaurant. This place is well connected to many tourist spots where within 20 mins driving - the parking space is essential given parking fees generally is quite high. Will recommend and certainly one of the top list for next visit.

This apartment is the perfect accommodation for both the getaway and the business around Kyoto. There are many shops nearby including 24/7 Mac, a discount drugstore 8am-10pm, and a very big shopping mall in 15 min, walk. The nearest railway station is also in 15 min walk and Kyoto station is 6 min ride.With every appliances and a clean bathroom, you won’t find a better place in this neighborhood.
