Short walk to the nearest train station and konbini. AC worked great in all rooms. Make sure you are with people you are comfortable with as the room to the toilet is in one bedroom and the shower is in another.

▪️Wrap-up Great facility!!! I'd love to stay again. ▪️Host It was a succession of God's response. Responsiveness before the stay I didn't feel any burden. They were also flexible on the day. The smell of seasonal patterns and mikan flowers It's fluffy. I was able to relax from my sense of smell. I visited in mid-May. I recommend this season!! Also, you don't have to worry about grocery shopping. It is a 10-minute drive to [Delicius], a local supermarket. Well-stocked, with Arita beef scales. I recommend it for when you use this facility! (2) Sauna 110°C barrel sauna Keep 90 degrees Celsius or higher in the sauna The humidity was 50-60%. There is no chiller in the water bath. Is it because of the pleasant breeze? I've put it in a bashibashi. Also, the shower (soap) is inside. You can use the sauna without bathing. Received the customer's feelings It was a nice facility!! (3) BBQ There are also facilities that charge a separate fee to use the facilities. Charcoal, ignition materials, and even military hands are provided free of charge. I also felt hospitality here. I didn't use it this time. Bring in the fire pit It was said that it was possible to have a bonfire!! It's already a campsite!!! Nice!!! * The ground is stoned and kept clean. If you use the fire pit, Please bring a bonfire sheet for the facility!!! ▪️In the building Did you renovate the need for an old house? Feeling nostalgic, I didn't feel the inconvenience or old smell. All water areas have been renovated. I didn't feel any filth. We brought our children with us during the high season. Nice house in a quiet neighborhood. Location gives fantastic access to the city through the Green Line (Karasuma). Easy to access from Kyoto Station shinkansen. Less than ten minute walk to the Aeon Mall. All facilities in working order. The washing machine is very useful in extending the usefulness of your carried clothing.

I booked it with 4 families with children, but one family said whether it would be possible to go with their children's fever. I talked to the host, Fujita, and they said that they were able to accommodate the change in the number of people on the same day, which was really helpful to see the last minute. This time, the children were a little bigger, and we wanted to have a relaxing day with a barbecue, etc., and it was a lovely place! I enjoyed it!Thank you!

I can’t say enough great things about Uzu’s place. It was so clean and comfortable. When we checked in she was very thorough about the house and also about the surrounding areas and places to go. She had a great hand drawn map of the area that we actually used a lot! The traditional beds we chose to sleep in were very comfortable. Everything in the house is labeled which makes it very easy to find things. Uzu went out of her way to show us local restaurants and spots to try. She is a very friendly host that cares about making her guests stays very enjoyable! One thing we found was that it was a bit out of the way of central Kyoto. However, if you want to experience a quiet traditional neighborhood this is the spot! It’s about a 10 min walk to the closest train station or bus stop. Really great place for exploring Kyoto and relaxing afterwards! The host is absolutely fantastic, always ready to assist with whatever issues you might have. The space itself is quite modern as well, with a few details that are quite uncommon but make the place that much better for it. Safe to say it is one of my favourites so far.

Traditional Japanese homes are very clean and cozy, surrounded by local communities.Convenient location,🚶‍➡️ a few minutes walk to Dongbu Market subway station🚇, Lawson nearby,🏬 convenient for eating, living and traveling. What surprised and delighted us was the hospitality, friendliness and generosity of the host family. The host is very responsible and has a strong sense of time. He picked us up at the subway station in advance and recommended a faster route to send us off. He is very humorous and smart. Although we couldn't communicate, he could quickly understand what we meant. There was plenty of water and food in the room. Because our flight landed late, we thought we would be hungry the first night. The host's thoughtfulness moved us very much🥹! During our stay, we were also fortunate to follow the host family and experience the local food and music culture. The host's wife is very elegant and intelligent, and her smile is very warm, just like a neighbor's aunt. We also exchanged skin care and beauty tips with the sister and hair care and hair growth tips with the brother😂.If there was enough time, I would have experienced the beautiful kimono of the host's wife and sister👘, it's a bit of a pity😔 Remember that there is a saying in Murakami's novel that people who meet will meet again.
