What a beautiful property. The accommodations are stunning and very well done. Kitchen is equipped well for light meals to enjoy in the fabulous garden terrace with the most amazing views of the lake. We truly enjoyed the space and the terrace. The renovation to this property was done with care and attention to detail, with contemporary and clean Italian design. Functional and beautiful. Nicholas was an amazing host. He helped us with food recommendations, reservations, beach clubs or any information or help we needed. Couldn’t recommend this property more. Will definitely be booking again on our next trip to lake Como!

We booked Ugo's home for one reason.... the view. It did not disappoint. We drank our morning coffees and ate our meals on the balcony. We actually went to a restaurant with an amazing view, but after we left, we stated we should have just cooked and ate outside the house since it is so private. Ugo provided coffee, which was highly appreciated! We bought the wrong coffee at store. The fruit platter was amazing and ate at every meal. Oh, I made orange juice and was delicious! We were given directions to free parking in bellagio. Plus, we got a flat tire and Ugo helped direct is where to repair it. Overall, go for the view amd don't leave the house! Unless you want to walk to town to get coffee, fresh meats, and gelato but go directly back!

We had a wonderful stay in the heart of Sirmione's old town! The location couldn't be more perfect — right in the middle of the historic center, with everything just a short walk away. The building has a beautiful, ancient charm on the outside, but inside it’s modern, clean, and incredibly cozy. A perfect blend of history and comfort! :) Our host was extremely kind and welcoming, with friendly and clear communication. The check-in was smooth, and everything was perfectly organized. We felt truly taken care of. Highly recommend this place — we would absolutely stay here again!

The apartment was as described, completely sufficient for 2 people and very clean. The great view from the balcony over Lake Garda was overwhelming and quickly made the partly narrow streets to the house forgotten. The reception was very warm and we felt very comfortable.

The short version: You walk through the door and feel at home. The long version: The apartment - looked much better in real life than in the photos. The furnishings are very high quality, lovingly and tastefully selected. The view "while brushing your teeth" (and of course the rest of the day) is impressive. The location - on the one hand, you feel completely "in nature", because the lake is right on your doorstep and you can reach it immediately for a walk or a swim. The view from the apartment, garden or from the terrace of the magnificent panorama of the lake is also unbeatable. At the same time, there are restaurants and shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. The center of Limone with a boat dock, restaurants, etc. is easily accessible on foot (only a short distance is on the road). The hosts - The Superhost category could be expanded upwards. Warm, friendly and helpful to all questions of the stay and beyond.

Paola was an amazing host and the apartment was perfect. It was super clean and modern. I would really recommend it to anyone staying in Crema and especially if you are here for the movie “Call me by your name”.

Bruno and Marco are extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment is very tastefully furnished. The bed is very comfortable. The view from the balcony to the lake is fantastically beautiful. We will be happy to come back.

Matteo's house is excellent! A wonderful swimming pool, large bathroom with whirlpool and a bathroom with walk-in shower downstairs. Kitchen is fully equipped! You can sit outside. When we were there, we had two storms. The first storm caused the floor cooling to stop working. Immediately, it was arranged that we would get mobile air conditioners! What a great service. This was beyond Matteo's control, but he immediately arranged for his brother and mother to come and check everything! Matteo's mother was also waiting for us when we arrived. What a lovely woman! We enjoyed the house and the pool! Bergamo is around the corner and easy to reach by public transport or taxi. The bus stops almost at your doorstep. Our dog could walk around freely without us having to keep an eye on him. But with 30+ degrees, he preferred to lie in the cool house☺️.
