We highly recommend staying here. The house is fantastic and the apartment in it allows you to feel the atmosphere of the town. We spent very pleasant moments in it. It's idyllic. A short drive or walk from Paciano and you get to this peaceful spot that looks over the olive grove. It's a fantastic spot to unwind and relax. The terrace is a beautiful shaded spot to while away the hours. We would highly recommend to anybody looking for the ideal spot to switch off and hear nothing but birds, bullfrogs and the occasional donkey bray. The home itself is well appointed, perfect for a couple or those with one child. There is plenty of space and the flat contains everything you need. We loved it. A perfect week.

We cannot express how much we loved our stay at Saverio’s. It was absolutely PERFECT! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The home itself was beautiful in construction, clean, stylishly decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, including little extras like fresh coffee, teas, local advertisements for restaurants, and also recommended the local grocery for toiletries or food items. Saverio’s home couldn’t be in a better location, tucked in a charming part of the countryside with views that will take your breath away and make you fall in love with this part of Italy. Even being out-of-town, you are close to everything. The town of Magione has a wonderful and friendly restaurant with fantastic pizza and entrees- I Cento Passi. Saverio, thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home, we are grateful for the experience.

Very peaceful and beautiful views from the rooms. Raffaella’s breakfast was very good and much appreciated! She gave amazing local food recommendations that are walkable from her house. She also helped us find parking in the city of Florence!

Rina and her family could not have been any more welcoming and helpful. We stayed for a wedding which was at the castello di montignano and when we had an issue with the transport on one of the days they kindly offered to take us. There is lots of space and the scenery is out of this world. Massa mattana is approx a 30 minute walk. If wanting to explore further afield a car is needed although there are bikes available too. If heading for the castello you will need transport in advance. We had a wonderful stay and would love to return in the future.

The apartment is very interesting as decoration, at the end of the old town with beautiful and peasful panorama. Everything is clean and tidy. Walking distance from the center, good restaurants in the vicinity. Host was very responsive and helpful with local advice.

We had a wonderful time in this absolutely cute house, which is surrounded by breathtaking nature. The tranquility is unique - you can only hear the chirping of the birds, and every now and then deer appear at the edge of the forest. Simply magical! The pool was well maintained and you had real peace. A real highlight for us was the kitchen: so lovingly furnished and exceptionally well equipped - we have never experienced anything like it! The gas stove and the high-quality oven have made cooking a pleasure. Host Diego was incredibly friendly, attentive and warm. You immediately feel welcome and well cared for. A perfect retreat for those who appreciate nature, tranquility and loving details.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Daniele’s place. This was our favourite place during our trip around Italy, I wish we could have stayed longer. The villa is super peaceful in gorgeous surroundings. Carmine and Gioia were super co-hosts and very welcoming to us. The villa was spotless and beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Although it was out of the city, getting into the city was walkable or a short bus ride away. We would love to come back to stay for longer, thank you Daniele.

We spent a week with Aleksandra in Montalcino in the heart of Brunello, a breathtakingly beautiful area. The large property is fantastic and with the tranquility and the view just the right thing to relax and unwind. An unforgettable experience for the whole family. This is how you imagine a Tuscan holiday. We highly recommend the place.

Wow, what a beautiful apartment this was. Nestled in the countryside by the Tuscany/Umbria border is this gorgeous farmhouse owned by Simona and Yens and what a find it was! The rolling hills are captivating and if you want to switch off, enjoy visiting beautiful villages, eat lovely food and really rest, this is the place to do it. We were welcomed by their two friendly dogs and received lots of tips about the local area from Yens on arrival. The apartment is spacious and serene. From spending evenings on the patio eating al fresco, watching the stars or having morning swims, we had a wonderful time and would wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone and everyone seeking some peace and quiet. The farmhouse is remote but it's very easy to get anywhere by car and the drives are never dull with the countryside views. It's hard to put into words how relaxing this place is and so I suggest you book and find out, you won't regret it! Thank you so much Simona and Yens!

It was a little difficult to communicate in English, but it was nice thanks to my grandfather who was so kind. I was a little scared at first because I only stayed with two other guests, but thanks to that, I was able to have a quiet and relaxing time ~ I think it's better to enjoy relaxing than the expensive Agristurismo ~ Highly recommended 👍

Studio apartment with parking and private garden, 5 meters from the lake. It has all the essentials to make you feel at home and also a few more touches such as the drying rack and hair dryer, soaps in the bathroom and kitchen, and not to be overlooked, bottles of water in the fridge. Charming stay, room and patio with a view that is unparalleled in beauty and tranquility. Beautiful room, well-stocked, everything extremely well cared for in detail by a person - Elena, although we did not have the opportunity to meet - who puts love into providing an experience that is absolutely to be repeated. The common areas are also extremely well-kept and comfortable.

This estate is a dream—life changing in all the best ways. From the jasmine-scented gardens and sweeping views of Siena to the beautifully restored guest suites—personally designed by Andrea, an architect and true artist—every detail felt magical. He greeted us so warmly, spent generous time sharing the estate’s history, and even gifted us a bottle of his family’s wine—which was absolutely lovely and made us feel truly welcome. The plunge pool was a refreshing retreat, and the setting was pure tranquility: birdsong, rustling leaves, and golden Tuscan sunsets. Andrea gave us a wonderful tour and shared the story behind his family’s efforts to preserve this incredible place. We adored the gentle Maremma dogs, Fiora and her puppy, Pecorino, who made us feel right at home. We were so impressed with this stay and Andrea’s efforts to preserve this very special place. Every moment here felt like a scene from a film—elegant, peaceful, and filled with soul. We can’t wait to return.

Marco’s place is away from the hustle and bustle of Siena very quietly comfortable and super clean. The view from the balcony alone is worth the night rate. Close to all the lovely sights in Val D’Orcia. In a very quaint town with locals who actually live here. Marco is very responsive and clearly explained everything to us. Must try the pizza at Pizza I’ll Vecchio…a hidden gem in Tuscany

It is a great place to stay and feel the quiet and peace of Tuscany! My family and I really enjoyed it. The apartment is really nice, with a unique style inside an ancient house. And without a doubt, it has one of the best views from the kitchen and terrace that I have ever seen!

Chiusi may not be a major hilltop town but it is very special because it lacks the tourists. We had plenty of restaurants to visit in the week we stayed, and lots of historic sights to see. You do need a car to visit surrounding towns but the peacefulness of Chiusi makes it delightful. Rafaels place is perfect with the balcony and sublime views. He was an exceptional host who did not impose on our privacy but always friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place and town.
