Apartment holiday rentals in Orvieto

Had a fantastic 3 night stay in Oxana’s apartment. We were met by Oxana’s partner Giulio at the car park who showed us to a parking space then took us to the apartment, oriented us and gave many recommendations of local restaurants (tried many and all were excellent ) and the sites to see in Orvieto. The 3rd floor apartment is super well equipped, very clean, quite large and stylish and has beautiful views of rooftops and surrounding countryside. This is a superb Airbnb.

We had a great stay at Paola’s apartment. It was quiet, clean, and in an excellent location. We really appreciated Paola’s prompt and clear communication and her flexibility on early check-in and letting us leave our bags. We would definitely come again!

Great place. Will be happy to stay there again.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft in Herzen der „Civita de Bagnoregio“. Es gibt einen Parkplatz für 5€ und der Weg zu Fuß dauert in etwa 20 Minuten bis zum zentralen Platz. Die Wohnung ist super edel und toll ausgestattet. Wenn man aus der Tür tritt ist man direkt im Geschehen, trotzdem ist es Nachts ruhig, da die Besucher*innen dann das Dorf verlassen. Wir empfehlen einen Erkundungsspaziergang am frühen Abend mit Sonnenuntergang, da am Vormittag alles voller touris ist. Es war ein unbeschreiblich schönes Erlebnis und lohnt sich definitiv - auch nur für eine Nacht.

위치는 역에서 걸어서 10분, 오르비에토 올라가는 푸니쿨라도 도보 10분 거리에 있어 위치가 좋습니다. 마트도 가까이 있고 세탁기는 없지만 근처에 빨래방이 있어 불편함이 없습니다. 숙소는 사진과 같이 넓고 편하며 공간이 충분합니다.

Silvia was a most wonderful host: kind, very helpful with our requests and extremely responsive. The accommodation was spacious and, once the shutters were open, light and offered the most generous storage we’ve experienced in any Air BnB. The apartment was at a comfortable walking distance from everywhere in Orvieto. We had a most enjoyable long-term stay in Sylvia’s place, and are very grateful for her care and hospitality. I We loved Orvieto and would definitely recommend Silvia’s place.

Such a perfect place to stay in Orvieto! Extremely centrally located (<5min walk to almost everywhere we wanted to go) and Barbara made it super easy to park, reserving a spot for us on arrival. Spotless, tons of new features and appliances, and I LOVED the sauna… I would give it 6/5 stars if I could!

Pietro is een uiterst vriendelijke host die uitgebreid alles in het huis uitlegt. Echt alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig, kortom een heerlijk huis. De kabelbaan, of bus in ons geval omdat de kabelbaan buiten werking was, naar Orvieto is op een paar minuten lopen evenals het treinstation. De bakker is op de hoek van de straat en supermarkten zijn ook vlakbij en ook voor een pizza of een ander gerecht kun je in de buurt terecht. Al met al zeer aan te bevelen.

5 Stars – A Tuscan Dream Come True! Our stay at Francesco’s private resort-style retreat in the hills of Tuscany was absolutely magical. The location is stunning—peaceful, picturesque, and the perfect escape into the beauty of the Italian countryside. The rustic room had so much charm and comfort, and the property itself was amazing, with not one but two beautiful pools to relax by. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant. The free breakfast was far beyond the typical offering—not just muffins, but a full, authentic Italian breakfast that we looked forward to each morning. Dinner was just as impressive, showcasing delicious local flavors and warm hospitality. It was also a great jumping-off point for exploring the region—we took a lovely day trip to Siena with ease. This place is a hidden gem, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Tuscany!

We're a married couple and this was perfect for us. The location of Patritzia's place in Orvieto is so wonderfully central, yet it's set off the street and so very quiet inside. It's a great space with some interesting architectural details, and a really comfy bed! We chose to use the well-appointed kitchen for cooking our dinners, after eating out so many times in other locations. Everything you would need is nearby, from the grocery store just a couple of steps away, to restaurants and wine bars and pharmacies and easy walking to the town's major attractions. Highly recommended!

My friend and I made a last minute decision to stay over in Orvieto and we are grateful that Lidia and her team had this second floor unit available! It is close to everything and a stone's throw from Duomo.

Davvero una bella esperienza. La casa.non dista molto da orte scalo e la piscina è davvero il balore aggiunto con comoda doccia bordo piscina che aiuta se come nel costeo caso si è in 6. La casa ha due bagni, ma in casa la effettiva doccia è 1 ( l'altra dell'alteo bagno è più un dolcino di emergenza non avendo tende). La casa è molto spaziosa, il giardino ben curato e i proprietari sono davvero gentili. Delle brave persone. Spero di soggiornare nuovamente in futuro.

Piccolo appartamento ben arredato e dotato di tutte le comodità. Posizione centralissima con parcheggio a due passi. Ottima esperienza.

아름답고 쾌적한 숙소였습니다. 지친 일상에 정말 쉼이 될 수 있었어요! 인근에 큰 슈퍼마켓이 있고. 간단한 요리를 하는데에도 전혀 문제가 없었습니다! 경사가 조금 있지만 걸어서도 오르비에토 거리를 다닐만 했습니다! 호스트도 매우 친절했습니다.

Magnifique endroit qui nous a tout de suite charmé, avec vue splendide sur la toscane et sur Sienne qui fait rêver. L’accueil était chaleureux et tout était très beau et très propre. Nous reviendrons!

Soggiorno perfetto con jacuzzi romantico! Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura e ci siamo trovati davvero ben. La casa pulitissima e curata nei dettagli, con un’atmosfera accogliente. La vasca idromassaggio è stata il punto forte: spaziosa, ben funzionante e incredibilmente rilassante, perfetta per un momento di coccole. Adorabile anche la TV orientabile, comoda sia dal letto che dalla vasca, ideale per serate cinema senza sacrificare il comfort. Il balconcino è stato una piacevole sorpresa, soprattutto per chi ama una pausa sigaretta senza dover scendere. Il letto era comodissimo e il parcheggio facile da trovare. Consigliatissimo per coppie che cercano relax e un tocco di romanticismo! Torneremo sicuramente. 🌟

Had a super 8 night stay here. Paola, the host, is everything you can hope for from an Airbnb host. Super communicative, welcoming and helpful. Her and her husband helped me with a medical issue, which was so kind and appreciated. Wow! Just wow! The apartment is quiet and I slept good at night. It has every amenity that I needed. It is clean and in a safe location. They really put love and attention into this place and it shows. Highly recommended.

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

Our family loved staying in Fernanda’s apartment! My husband and I had visited Montepulciano two years ago, stayed at Fernanda’s place and loved it so much we came back with our three boys. Everything is so lovely and welcoming and Fernanda is the best hostess. She even made local dinner reservations for us. Thank you for everything, Fernanda!!

We had a fabulous stay here, there was more than enough rooms and space to relax after a day of sightseeing. The view from the living room is gorgeous, the rooms are all charmingly decorated and it had all the amenities we needed: separate beds for 4 adults, large enough showers, laundry and kitchen as well as cosy living room. Federico was very friendly, responsive and made us feel at home immediately. Highly recommend!

Fabrizio was an amazing host! We made a spontaneous choice to stay in Perugia after our friend’s wedding in Tuscany and the magic continued. The location was central and a blissful walk to the city centre which is full of history and beauty. Coming back to Fabrizio’s place made our stay even better. A very modern design, good energy making it easy to relax, cook and enjoy. We highly recommend and we’ll be coming back on our next visit. Thank you!
