A large and lovely villa in the middle of Käringön. Perfect for a conference or group meeting. There are 15 beds in the house divided into 7 rooms. Two toilets and two fully equipped kitchens. There are several rooms for communal socializing or less group work. The kitchen table upstairs can be extended so more people can sit. If interested, we can communicate the rental of the sauna and conference room as well as additional beds at the neighbor 10 meters away. Around the house there are several patios for relaxing and social activities. 100 meters from the house is a wonderful swimming area suitable for all ages. 2 minutes walk and you are down in the harbor and community.

The adults can sit and enjoy the sun from morning to night on the large terrace while the children play on the lawn. In the afternoon you take the bike to the sea and take a nice bath. In the evening you barbecue and maybe pick some blueberries. Nearby are lovely kayaking waters and for those who like nature there are several nature reserves in the area to visit.

Take a ride with the kids down to the water and fish for crabs. Pick blueberries for breakfast a bit away from the house. The house is located at the end of the street so you are not bothered by any traffic. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi in the photos is not in use at the moment but there is a wood-fired sauna raft that we are happy to help you book.
