Kim is TRULY A SUPERHOST❤️she even went out of her way to help us with transportation. The place is a sanctuary in the middle of busy Malate and you will not be able to hear any noise once you’re in your room. We feel very safe and well taken care of by the host. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to be in Manila. Everything you need is right there such as great restaurants to eat and shopping places. One of my favorite AIR BNB ever! I am coming back! Thank you Miss beautiful Kim and your co-host who woke up at 4am to get us our ride to the airport!

You won't even thought that there's an Airbnb like this in the Metro, near the mall, very accessible. The caretakers were kind and accommodating, always ready to answer your inquiries and requests. Nate is very responsive, you can expect him to answer your queries right away. I like their kitchen, they have provided everything you need from plates to utensils. They also provided mineral water and the use of the gas stove is for free. Excellent experience, worth recommending. We enjoyed their amenities, billiards, darts, air hockey, and also the Videoke. The rooms were also nice, hope you will have rooms at the ground floor for Seniors who can no longer go upstairs. Overall rating excellent. 👍

I work remotely and needed some quiet from the hustle & hustle of Manila (and didn't like the idea of being on the 67th floor of some building). So I rolled the dice and looked for a place outside the city and landed in Cainta. I needed a makeshift desk and Ms Honey made it happen. The apartment is nestled inside of neighborhood, but there are plenty of places to eat. The grocery isn't far and the mall is a bit of a hike, but I like walking as it gave me a chance to see things. My favorite spot ... Coffee Daniel. Best Spanish Lattes hands diwn. And my favorite part ... the people Everyone was courteous and kind. The coolest part was after playing basketball with the neighborhood kids them calling me as I passed by on my way somewhere. I've traveled all over and of all the places this felt most like I was at home. It's a bit out of the way, but if you want a relaxing, peaceful neighborhood, this is your place. If the universe says the same, I'll be back

Cedric always responds quickly to my questions and concerns even though I booked the place the night before my stay. He was still able to provide the concise instructions on checking in and out within the short amount of time. The free parking space was definitely a plus point for me. Checking in and out was so quick it didnt even take 5 minutes. The bed is soft and the pillows are fluffy. I just thought it would be better to have an extra blanket provided instead of just 1. We enjoyed the PS4 and I was able to work efficiently with their fast Wifi. The CR is also very clean, complete with toiletries except toothbrushes (I was informed prior to checking in). Overall, we had a peaceful, comfortable, and convenient stay. There is also a mall on the ground flr, complete with restaurants, banks, and convenience stores. The place is also near malls, parks, and food bazaars, all within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a pleasant time here. Very comfortable. All that you need is there and the view is stunningly beautiful. This location is close to a big mall, good restaurants and bars. The hosts are very professional, kind and responsive. I recommend this place, especially if you look for comfort but don’t forget to explore the local area and Manila in general.

The place was really nice, but what I liked the most was the inclusions. They prepared drinking water, biscuits and juice. Also, toothbrush and toothpaste for guest was very much appreciated too. I've been to different airbnbs and not a lot of them are thoughtful enough to prepare toiletries for their guests, so thank you. If I have one complaint, I think it would be the towels. It smelled a bit musty but I think it could be bec it was not dried properly after washing. Overall, thank you for letting me stay at your unit. It was a great experience.

Since we had an early flight, the host was kind enough to accommodate an earlier check-in, which allowed us to rest properly after a long journey — we really appreciated that! The location is perfect: everything we needed was within walking distance, which is a huge advantage considering the heavy traffic in the area. Highly recommended — we'd be happy to stay here again!

The free cleaning service during our stay was such a thoughtful touch and made everything even more comfortable and stress-free. The home was spotless, cozy, and had all the little details that made it feel special. Their hospitality truly made our trip memorable, and we felt so well cared for the entire time. Had an enjoyable stay at Tessie's place. The apartment is located just a stone's throw away from The Westin Hotel and Residences Manila and Shangri-la EDSA Hotel. Both 5 star luxury hotels located in premier city addresses all over the world.

Jun's place was just fine. It's in a nice area of Manila (Mandaluyong, Greenfield District) near the SM Megamall and Shangri-La Plaza. The district itself has plenty to choose from as far as both food and nightlife are concerned as well.. That all said, beware of Purple Laundry (SOHO's laundry facility/company) on the 40th floor. If the lady in an actual Purple Laundry shirt gives you a price, it's all good. If anyone else does, you probably got at least partially scammed. In my stay at someone else's SOHO airbnb in January, I would get charged 200+ PHP extra regularly; this time though, I only got charged an extra 60 PHP once and about 30-40 another time - all when the lady in the Purple Laundry shirt wasn't there.. I have the receipts from January and this stay to prove it.. This company reflects BADLY on SOHO, to the point that it's possible I'll never stay there again. Nobody - repeat: nobody! - wants a skin color price (foreigner price)

Can confidently say that this is the best airbnb I've been in 🥹 Ms. Mel was so organized from instructions before you check-in, to arriving at the unit itself. The unit is fully labeled with instructions and items, which makes it very convenient for us guests. Everything you will need is available at the unit. She even had medicines available for emergencies. Ms. Mel also personally accommodated me upon arrival and I highly appreciate the hospitality. The unit is very cozy— perfect for a quiet and peaceful staycation. ❤️ Thank you so much, Ms. Mel, for the thoughtfulness and organization in preparing your unit. I would love to go back again to her place and definitely recommending this to my friends and family. 🥹

Absolutely stunning Airbnb with the best modern and luxurious setup ever. Everything was in top condition and looked exactly like the photos—so clean, fresh, and beautifully maintained. The reclining couch and soft mattress were my personal favorites—pure comfort! The aircon was perfectly cold, and we couldn’t get enough of the amazing view. The whole unit felt so exquisite and thoughtfully designed. We also enjoyed the PS4, and the mini grocery was super convenient. Hosts were kind, responsive, and very hands-on. 10/10 experience—highly recommended!

Just bring your clothes and your toothbrush, EVERYTHING is provided - soap, paper towels, common cooking spices, first aid kit, etc. Damon and his nephew Martin were super responsive and extremely accommodating especially when it came to the super late check-in time. My wife and I loved the unit and its amenities. After a few days, we encountered a problem with the microwave but Damon and Martin came through right away and fixed the issue. Water pressure in the shower was fantastic and a welcome surprise especially coming from a place where low water pressure is the norm. However, as a downside to this is…beware of the bum gun! TMI? Hopefully we will get to stay here again the next time we are in Manila.
