The man and his team were always helpful and friendly to solve any problem, or answer any query,, We arrived hours before the reservation, where we received and placed the bag, until the apartment was prepared and cleaned, and we handed it two or more hours before the scheduled entry. We ordered extra lids late, brought them directly, and he did everything we asked for very quickly, professionally and friendlyly. The place as described by Asman and as in the pictures are very clean, the apartment is cleaned periodically or at will, and the beds, sheets and chains are changed. Cengiz and Arzu made us feel home. They were like family to us and to our children. They are extremely helpful, respectful and responsive. They made sure that we have everything we could possibly need and much much more. My kids enjoyed their time in the house feeding the fish and picking fruits from the garden or walking to the river. The house and the garden are very very beautiful and well taken care of. The location of the house is perfect. It is a nice peaceful neighborhood yet close to main road , attractions, and restaurants and shops. I highly recommend staying in Cengiz’s property.
