Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home, with a short distance to the beach and beautiful nature. The beach is shallow, but there are sandbanks about 100 meters out in the water, which can be seen and you can walk out there, at low tide. On the other side of the hill, there's absolutely wonderful water. Large kitchen family room. Set up for good walks, both summer, fall and winter. About 4.5 km to supermarket and small town with good bakery. Djurs Summerland (22 km) Gl. Estrup (13 km) Allingåbro - thrift stores (10 km)

Unique home with stunning views of the ocean. The home is brand new from 2025/26 and is really well insulated and with a heat pump. So even in the freezing weather, it's warm and comfortable to be in. The home is small and absolutely ideal for the couple who want a unique experience together, or for the small family (Recommended max 2 adults). The large north-facing windows offer a fantastic view of the ocean 🌞🌞 For the house is a 2-person kayak with life jackets.
