Nathalia's accommodation is very nice, functional and very clean. very close to Arena la Défense to go see 1 concert, it's very convenient, public transport is very accessible and close by. the accommodation is well located in a private building. Nathalia is flexible with schedules and responsive. i highly recommend it

We really loved the condo. Awesome views. Great window breezes. Large enough for our family with 4 large adult children with us. We had our own bed which was very nice. The surroundings were beautiful and we were greeted with church bells ringing right outside our window. The house was clean and inviting and full of helpful amenities. Jeffrey responded quickly to our questions and was very kind. We liked the area a lot. There were a few bakeries, grocery stores and a restaurant called Cote Fresh that we loved nearby, with the train not too far for our use. I loved having not only a washer but dryer in the place. It was the perfect stay for us and not as busy or crowded as staying in Paris. It was close to the palace where we could watch the Saturday night summer fireworks. We would definitely recommend unless it is difficult for you to climb stairs.

We rented this apartment during our exam period, and we are very satisfied with it. The accommodation was quiet, clean, well-equipped and perfectly located, which allowed us to study in the best conditions. The space was comfortable and bright. The owner was very welcoming and available. We would highly recommend this apartment.

Well, this is the first time i am writing and giving review to any place because this person deserves it. Wow what a man, human being, helped alot during my trip even super responsive, guided me even how to save money and not to over spend. This place felt like i am at home, super comfortable and coffee ofcourse wow. I will soon come again. Sir you're the best♥️ we will sing songs again together hehe cheers

Amaury and Marine were wonderful hosts! They were very kind and flexible for an early check-in. The instructions they left to access the apartment were extremely helpful. They also periodically reached out to us to make sure everything was okay during our stay. The apartment was beautiful, just like the pictures! It’s off a side street so the road noise isn’t a problem. The area has a lot of restaurants and boutiques to shop at. There’s a bodega just down the street that we visited for groceries as well. We look forward to staying here again next time we are in Paris :)

Samira hosts a great apartment which is near a big shopping centre where you can buy everything. Also, the apartment is close to a good rail link to Paris where you can catch a train directly to the Eiffel Tower, and also is very close to the Palace of Versailles.

It was perfect. I felt like I was in my own home. I was on vacation in Zurich, Switzerland, for 2 weeks in a 5-star hotel. I decided to go on an adventure to see Paris for the first time, since I had 6 days left of my vacation at my company. A friend recommended this app to me and I went in and the first house I saw was Angie's. Being in that studio in Angie's house for me was like being in a 5-star hotel. Quiet, friendly. I had a problem with my cell phone, not being able to communicate, and she helped me. I can only say good things about her. She welcomed me as if I were a very happy mother. I will repeat it.

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

First of all, I'm new here and have no way of comparing. We were 2 couples for 3 nights in the accommodation. There is a toilet in this apartment, which is usually sufficient. The bathrooms are somewhat unfairly divided. In the large bedroom, there is a large shower directly in the room. This is definitely the better choice. The smaller bedroom has only indirect access to a bathroom which is very small and has a mini shower. That's enough for a shower, but it's not exactly comfortable. The living room is huge. The kitchen too. Unfortunately, there is no dishwasher. Not everyone needs it, but it should be standard. There would be plenty of room for it. The carpets in the living room do not have a good grip on the concrete floor. Right in front of the kitchenette, it wasn't exactly safe. The residential unit has no air conditioning. This is unfavorable, especially in the summer. The view is priceless. The view over the city is fantastic.

Spacious, clean apartment building home for family or couples visit. Cozy and good supplies. A suitable home for a relaxing holiday, a good base for day trips. Friendly and good access guidance, thank you.

Very nice environment on the edge of the forest in a quiet area. The beautiful city center with its caneaux is within walking distance, with several beautiful hikes, and castles nearby. Very well equipped apartment. Thanks to Cyril for his advice.

Imagine opening a front door and being confronted every time with a most incredible view of Paris - now stay at Christophe's beautiful aerie of a home and you'll have this jaw-dropping moment every time you "come home" and it will feel like you are truly a citizen of Paris when staying here. Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

Boris was very helpful. The apartment is super decorated and clean. You have everything you need. The location is very nice, quiet and new. We also liked that you can park very easily and then avoid the stairs at the entrance. Very clear recommendation. If we come back to Paris, we would definitely rent the apartment again. The swimming pool is also very nice but not for children under 150 cm tall. If someone thinks the price is too high, it's really worth it. Thank you Boris for your support and your effort!

This place is extremely cozy, but the view is breathtaking, have the opportunity to enjoy the Eiffel Tower in all its glory, there were a few night were the sunset had beautiful colors and made the experience even better. The location is great in terms of public transportation and local stores and bars. Definitely I will book it again.

Roland’s hospitality was greatly appreciated. The suite was beautifully decorated and located in the heart of Montmartre. We appreciated the patio space and having a comfortable place to relax after a full day of exploring the city.

Very courteous and very discreet host, very quiet and easily accessible location, a small terrace, a garden area with barbecue with an indoor pool available, a large supermarket less than two kilometers away, the only downside if I had to give one would be the shower area where a small shelf to put bath products would be missing, I recommend it!
