Welcome to our charming cottage between Beauce and Perche, 38 m² outbuilding of our main house. Enjoy an independent garden and park your car in our private space. Less than 30 km from Chartres and 5 km from Courville-sur-Eure train station (Paris-Montparnasse line), you are here in the heart of nature, conducive to calm and rest. In a beautiful bucolic setting and by the water, an atypical and inspiring accommodation: the stables of a mill on the Eure. The sound of the river, the song of the birds, the 13th century mill are there for a total change of scenery. The river lends itself to a short swim, a kayak ride or a fishing trip. Fields and forests surround the mill and offer you many bike rides. And what a pleasure to have a picnic by a lake at sunset!

Fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine...) 20 minutes from Chartres, 10 minutes from Illiers-Combray (Marcel Proust), 5 minutes from Château de Villebon and Sources du Loir (Saint-Eman).

The A11 motorway is 10 minutes away, Illiers-Combray exit: no. 3.1 Nearby (3 km to Bailleau le Pin) are all shops (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, etc.) Bed linen and towels are provided. 2 pets are allowed for a total price of €10. Ideal for families or groups of friends, the 210 m2 Pension du Maréchal offers 5 spacious bedrooms, 4 of which have their own toilet and shower room. The 5th bedroom is perfectly suited for children. The living room/kitchen area is warm and very friendly. Very close to the city center and free parking, the location is quiet and ideal for visiting Chartres on foot or by bike.
