Our Barn was fully renovated in 2020/21 offering 2x 60m2 Gites each on two levels. L’HIRONDELLE and LA HUPPE. We have created modern accommodation but kept the character of the barn with its original oak beams and stone. Located on the Normandy/Loire border in a rural location offering couples a quiet escape to the countryside. Self catered, but your choice of our breakfast option. Centrally based for guests to visit the many medieval towns, markets, walks and attractions within the region.

"The Barn"

"The Barn" is a very old stone house. situated in an old hamlet, in a beautiful and charming area of Normandy called "La Suisse Normande". The area is particularly suitable for walkers. Footpaths to different walks including going to "le lac de Rabodanges". (lake; dam; café and restaurant; play area; walks around the lake; ...), les Roches d'Oëtre, Clécy (canoe, climbing, golf, ...) , Drive on main road or walk on quiet and lovely lane to Putanges (1.5 km) all sorts of shops.

Cosy 2p holiday home ‘La Petite Sapience’, Le Sap

This comfortable 2 person renovated barn house ‘La Petite Sapience’ with private garden is located at the border of the quiet medieval village Le Sap. You'll stay in a stylish studio-like holiday home with downstairs a living, dining and kitchen area and a separate modern bathroom. The bedroom with a 2-person bed is upstairs on the mezzanine. The private garden has garden furniture en sun loungers. The dinner table is also suitable as a nice workplace.

The Annex

The accommodation is completely independent, located on the first floor of an old stable on our property and equipped with a beautiful terrace, all surrounded by beautiful pastures. Chris and Julie welcome you to a warm, atypical and charming place. The Annex is composed of two rooms equipped as follows: A terrace with independent external staircase. Living room with kitchenette and sofa bed. A bedroom, shower room and sink. A separate toilet.

Rent a house in the Perche

Ideally located 1.5 hours from Paris, in the heart of the Perche Natural Park, and 800 m from the village of Ceton with all amenities, this authentic Vau Gelé family home is ideal for hosting family and friends in large numbers. My accommodation consists of a main farmhouse, as well as a barn, refurbished, on a plot of 3000 m2, totally isolated and in the middle of the fields. It can accommodate up to 15 people, spread over 6 bedrooms.

Manoir du Bois Joly – Gite du Fournil

The Manoir "Bois Joly" dates from the beginning of the 16th century. Next to Nogent-le-Rotrou (2 kms), it is in the middle of fields, meadows and woods. In the 19th, it becomes a big farm of Perche.
