Behind the house is a meadow with herbs growing. There are hiking, biking, skiing and hiking trails in the area. If no one's home, you can check in on your own using the safe.

Property itself is located in very quite area although in a very attractive part of this popular mountains and ski resorts of Spindleruv Mlyn. It is just a 30 metres walk away from the cablecar and ski resort of Labska as well as a few steps away from the Labska Lake.
