Rural location, 10 min to shop and quay, 25 min by boat to Trondheim, 25 min by car to Orkanger. Great hiking areas, swimming areas and fishing opportunities, both on the sea and in the water. Many possibilities for bicycle rides. Great views, lovely sun conditions all day. 2/3 bedrooms, kitchen/living room, bathroom and separate toilet. Large terrace facing the sea. Child-friendly. Plenty of space for eating out in the summer, barbecue, etc. Washing machine and free parking ring. Fiber is coming summer/autumn

Recharge at this unique and tranquil place to stay. In walking distance to the fast boat dock with calls from Kristiansund/Brekstad/Trondheim as well as parking if you bring a car. Grocery, cafe and sushi restaurant a short walk away. Lovely views and opportunities for nearby hikes. Small kitchenette with kettle, fridge, microwave and dining area. Note: no hot plate/oven, but this can be borrowed in the main house if we are at home. The apartment is about 35 sqm, own entrance. Mattress for person nr 3/4

Large living room, with separate dining table for 10. TV and games. Water supplied from stream nearby. Cinderella incineration toilet. Guests must provide their own bed linen. Or this can be rented, costs NOK 100 per bed set. Guests are expected to be responsible for cleaning the cabin themselves.

Bright and nice apartment with a new kitchen and a bathroom. Well-equipped kitchen and wood-burning stove in the living The property is located with easy access from the road, quiet place overlooking fields and mountains. Large patio for dinners, play, parking and the like. It is a short walk down to the sea where you can rent a boat and have access to bathing areas. Hiking trails start right at the front door. Works well for families, couples and friends.

Utsøkt hytte med idyllisk beliggenhet og egen strandlinje. Skjermet og uforstyrret kan du nyte den fantastiske sjøutsikten og sommeridyllen til det fulle. Kjøretid fra Trondheim er ca. 1 time og 15 minutter. Romslig terrasse med fantastisk utsikt. Gå rett fra terrassen og ned i fjæra. Her kan du fiske fra land eller bade fra stranda på egen tomt. Hytten ligger vestvendt til med gode solforhold. På eiendommen er det etablert flere hyggelige uteplasser.

Nice old cabin which has been upgraded with heat pump and new windows. Large bathroom and kitchen. Dining table and large sofa in the living room, as well as extra living space on the 2nd floor. Take your breakfast at the terrace and enjoy the view! Road all the way. Also accessible by bus from Trondheim/Orkanger.

Our apartment is located on Beian in Ørland municipality. It is part of an apartment complex and we live in the complex ourselves. In the immediate vicinity is a great sandy beach, and nice hiking opportunities on foot, or by bike. We also rent out a boat (40hp/19ft) and a 9 seater car for extra charge.

Anita is super host! From moment I sendt first message till we left, was fast and easy communication! House is is very comfortable, whit everything what is needed for peaceful stay. Around is beautiful views and a lot possibility to go hiking, sauna is very nice and placed exactly in coastline of fjord. And her husband was very helpfull with boat rent and showing best fishing spots nearby. I very recommend this place for others to stay, it’s super peaceful and in same time if there is needed something Anita super responsive! Recommend 💯

We were two families with four kids ages 1-7 who had a nice weekend at this lovely place! The house is nicely located not too far from the water, and with nice terrain for hiking straight from the cabin. Trine responded quickly and accommodating to messages. Recommended!

We enjoyed the old nice house. Felt at home. Plenty of space inside and outside. New bathroom and kitchen with all facilities. Very nice old wooden boat with motor available. More nice hiking and fishing opportunities. The landlord is nice and approachable.
