The house is located at the top of Villa Tallbacka's large plot, about 30 meters from the residential house where the host lives. The guest house is surrounded by magnificent beech and oak trees. You will have access to the southern part of the guest house as well as a private patio with barbecue and outdoor furniture. A soothing environment with walking distance to beautiful hiking areas, swimming area, grocery stores and restaurants. The guest house has a bridge upstairs that can be risky for small children.

Här är stugan som har ett gammalt svenskt stuk på utsidan men är fräsch och modern på insidan. Byggnaden är på 90m2, det finns 2 dubbelsängar, jacuzzi och allt du kan tänka dig behöva för att ha en trevlig vistelse. Självklart så är både stugan och jacuzzi redan uppvärmda när du anländer. Stugan är placerad i en väldigt trevlig miljö med ingen trafik och möjlighet att stöta på djurlivet från bekvämligheten av stugan. Det finns väldigt många aktiviteter i närheten. Husdjur är självklart välkomna.

Mitt i naturen belägen 300 m från vackra Vemmentorpasjön med bad och fiske ligger denna nybyggda gäststuga bredvid ägarhuset. Söker du natur och tystnad är detta ett perfekt boende. Fina vandringsleder. 5 km till Örkelljunga med bra inköpsmöjligheter och restauranger. 40 min till Helsingborg med Helsingör 20 minuter bort. Båstad och härliga stränder i Vejbystrand och Ängelholm 40min bort älgsafari, äventyrspark, golf konst i Hishult eller Wannås.
