The house is located at the top of Villa Tallbacka's large plot, about 30 meters from the dwelling house where the host lives. The guesthouse is surrounded by magnificent beech and oak trees. You will have access to the southern part of the guesthouse as well as a private patio with barbecue and outdoor furniture. A soothing environment with walking distance to beautiful hiking areas, swimming area, grocery stores and restaurants. The guesthouse has a bridge upstairs that can be risky for small children.

Wonderful cottage with wonderful views.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The cottage has a splendid location in Sjöhultet near a child-friendly swimming lake with good opportunities to use a tennis court as well as the area other common facilities. The cottage contains a large living room with wood stove in connection with an open kitchen and an outdoor living room from which you can enjoy the view of the meadow and lake. The house also contains 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 1 single bed. In addition, there is a Shelter on the site for 3-4 people.

Welcome to a cozy cottage 50 meters from Oxhultasjön with your own dock, oak and canoe (not winter), wood-fired sauna, treehouse, sandbox and swing. From the living room, the terrace and the sauna you have a beautiful view of the lake and the path that winds between the beech and oak trees down to the jetty where you can grill and have a coffee. It is far to the nearest road so the silence is deafening on quiet evenings. Here you will find peace and quiet and enjoy in the sauna or by the open fire in the living room.

A cosy cottage placed near forest, meadows and hiking areas. A large plot of land with leafy seating, lawn for play, sunny locations and with a hot tub to enjoy under the bar sky. Access to hot tub, free parking, barbecue and close to many lovely excursions either by bike or car. Bicycle distance to, for example, pot-sock rope area, golf course, swimming at the quarry, or rya church ruin. Spring 2024 the bathroom and spa bath is being renewed. Här är stugan som har ett gammalt svenskt stuk på utsidan men är fräsch och modern på insidan. Byggnaden är på 90m2, det finns 2 dubbelsängar, jacuzzi och allt du kan tänka dig behöva för att ha en trevlig vistelse. Självklart så är både stugan och jacuzzi redan uppvärmda när du anländer. Stugan är placerad i en väldigt trevlig miljö med ingen trafik och möjlighet att stöta på djurlivet från bekvämligheten av stugan. Det finns väldigt många aktiviteter i närheten. Husdjur är självklart välkomna.
