There was only an aircon in the living room, and the shower headhead🚿 was a little problem, which in general was still very nice.

The place is clean and well furnished, the unit has AC, good kitchen but the fridge is small (dorm type), espresso machine, waher, and adequate amount of plates and silverware. The bathrooms are small (for US travelers, you need to adjust a bit), but clean. Wish there was window screens (doesn't seem common there), lighting is beautiful and unique, I will definitely stay there when visiting Taza in the future

I had a truly wonderful stay at Mr. Houssam’s apartment. The location is luxurious and peaceful, surrounded by upscale restaurants, cafes, and close to all essential public facilities. The apartment itself is exceptionally clean, elegantly furnished, and clearly well-maintained I felt completely at home. The residence is very secure, providing a strong sense of safety at all times. As for Mr. Houssam, he was an outstanding host always welcoming, helpful, and available whenever I needed assistance. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a high-end, comfortable stay in a prime location.

the apartment was clean and secure 4th with elevator. the environment is quiet with beautiful views of the corniche possible to walk there. the known beaches as well as the port are barely 8 minutes drive. the marina is worth it and the beautiful matadero beach. i didn't regret visiting the beautiful city of Hoceima. host is always available i recommend it.

The host was super communicative, helpful, and genuinely thoughtful and he even allowed us a late checkout at 2pm and blocked the calendar just for us. That kind of gesture really made the trip feel smooth and stress-free. The security team was also extremely friendly and helped us rent a car easily, which added so much convenience. The apartment had everything we needed, and the overall vibe was just peaceful and welcoming. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Saidia. I would love to come back here again!

Firstly walid has been a great host, any questions i needed answering he was always on hand and offered his servicesif needed. The apartment was vey clean and location was nice and quiet, but close enough to walking distance to the local bars where you can pick up good food. The value for money was exceptional and i will definitely use one of walids apartments again thank you

I advise this place for all the positive things. First of all, the apartment. Clean, with all amenities, super complete, towels,sheets, blankets, full kitchen. Karima is a great host. And security, there is a vigilante and underground parking. We will certainly be back.

habiba is one of the sweetest women on earth. she went out of her way to make it as comfortable as possible for us. She had even purchased a minibar for the living room before our arrival and it was stocked. we were allowed to use everything in the house. very nice house where I will definitely come back!

A wonderful place to stay where we felt completely comfortable from the first moment. The apartment was sparkling clean, tasteful and furnished with a lot of love for detail – ideal also for families. The jacuzzi was a real highlight and provided special moments of relaxation. The quiet location, the friendly surroundings as well as the proximity to the sea, cafes and restaurants have perfectly rounded off the stay. Particularly warm was the welcome with fresh fruit, water and little touches – a beautiful touch that immediately gave a good feeling. The furnishings also leave nothing to be desired: a smart TV and the atmospheric lighting have created a cozy atmosphere. You can tell that everything has been thought of here – down to the last detail. The communication with the host was excellent: fast, warm, and always helpful. I highly recommend the accommodation, it is very close to the beach and all amenities. The accommodation is very clean

For the 5/5 that I give It is necessary to take into account the value for money which is great and our need to have the motorcycles safely (3 bikers). It is a modest accommodation, not luxury, but convenient. a first living room with sofas then equipped kitchen and two bedrooms one with a queen bed and the other with two small beds + a crib. one bathroom with a toilet. The owner gives us a gps point to find the accommodation and arrived on site the caretaker is there at all hours of the night. he was so kind. the apartment is as described. Very good to sleep on. To improve one small thing: maybe provide a small bottle of water per person. Selouane is 10-15 min from Nador, so great when you get off the ferry. i recommend if you need a place to sleep clean, safe and close to Nador. Happy hosting!
