A personally decorated rental home on the 2nd floor of a patrician, which is occupied by a sweet and welcoming family. We share the staircase. The apartment has been newly renovated with, among other things, a delicious kitchen where you can cook for the whole family. The light and the views are beautiful! Incredible two-story four-room apartment, with a large hall on the first floor and three bedrooms on the second and a bathroom on each floor. Large floor-to-ceiling windows make the apartment bright and sunny. New furniture and appliances, spacious rooms, friendly neighbors. Convenient location. Metro 30 meters. 10 min drive to the airport and city center. Large shopping center Fields 5 minutes. The best location for guests with children. There is a gazebo and a grill area on the roof.

You can live in this private, modern and charming aparment, close to the airport ( 3 km - 5 min. Car ), with your own entrance, and key box for easy check-in. From 1 to 4 persons. There are 2 bedrooms, a living room with a sleeping couch, and a modern kitchen with washer and dryer. The bathroom is renovated and new. The apartment is 80 m2 and in the lower part of the house, totally separated and quiet. There is a beautiful courtyard with table and chairs where you can enjoy your privacy.
