This remodeled air-conditioned condo is perhaps one of the best located accommodations in Hilo. Near the center of town, yet the grounds feel like a tropical zen oasis! Koi filled streams and ponds lined with walking trails meander through the complex. Minutes from the airport, farmers markets, golfing, shops, and over 100 restaurants! A piece of tropical paradise to call home while you are on the Big Island. Go to sleep with frogs chirping and stars so bright you could almost touch them. Hilo Downtown Retreat

The apartment is a self contained living space that is very well appointed with bespoke furniture, fittings and original art. It has all of its own amenities so you should want for nothing. It is located two minutes from downtown Hilo. If you want you can walk to everything, including; shops, restaurants, beaches, bars, yoga studios, gyms and so on. If you are over 5' 10" you will need to mind your head in a couple of places so please be aware of this. We are always looking to improve.

New modern duplex located very close to downtown Hilo. Very lovely street and you can easily walk to restaurants, shopping, Starbuck's, and bayfront. Great location. Top floor features new, modern, clean 1 bed/1 bath apartment. New furnishings. Drying rack (no dishwasher), oven being installed before rentals and we do have common laundry downstairs. Gated Parking. Full sleeper sofa & 1 Queen Bed. Large lanai in front with partial bay view. Awesome location and brand new!

A beautiful , spacious, top floor apartment with a high slanted ceiling, comfortable sitting area, 48” flat screen HD Oled tv, coffee table, EZ chair and couch. The cozy bedroom has a Queen sized bed with an ocean view! The bathroom has a vanity, mirror, and a shower/bath combo. The Lanai has a great view of the Pacific ocean. The kitchen has a medium sized fridge, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, hot plate as well as coffee cups, glasses, utensils, dishes and plates.
