Cottage holiday rentals in Orbec

The cottage was the perfect getaway and peaceful, beautiful space we dreamt it would be. The flower gardens were in impeccable and in peak bloom. The cottage was beautiful and serene inside and out. The interior felt like a homey museum that you could enjoy. The outside has many places to sit with your morning coffee or evening wine. The kitchen was very well stocked and equipped including a great little pod espresso machine. Thank you Anne for sharing your beautiful space with us. We would love to stay again.

par où commencer... nous avons eu la chance de passer un week end hors du temps dans un cadre rustique, paisible au coeur de la nature. le logement est totalement fidèle à la description : charmant et magnifiquement décoré,fonctionnel , propre et rempli d'objets authentiques de l'époque ( ne pas hésiter à demander des explications à Cyrille qui se fera un plaisir de vous donner les réponses pleines de détails, on sent sa passion pour le sujet) la maitresse des lieux est pleine de vie et répond à vos demandes rapidement pour vous simplifier le séjour. alors un grand merci à ces belles personnes pour leur accueil et pour le cadre mis à disposition! nous reviendrons!

Séjour très sympathique à Chassant! Patrick est adorable, très réactif et arrangeant. Sa maison et jardin sont très agréables et hyper bien équipés ! Nous avons pu profiter des vélos aussi. Je recommande

Un cottage d’une grande beauté avec technologie (Tv, internet, jacuzzi) et rusticité (cheminée, colombage, nature)! Un endroit paisible et chaleureux. Du personnel disponible et très agréable, des l’arrivée et jusqu’au départ. C’est un lieu que nous recommandons sans hésiter, et dans lequel nous aurons beaucoup de plaisir à revenir!

What a beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing place to spend a few days! The quality of this house cannot be overstated. The fit and finish of the home is higher quality than any other rental that I have stayed in. Oak doors and windows, custom made mirrors and tables, and high end appliances adorn the building. The hosts are the nicest people we met during our trip, happy to help and advise but giving us adequate space and privacy. As an added bonus, we met some nice French people and some nice Americans who rented the neighboring house. Thanks for the hospitality, friends.

A wonderful house in magnificent surroundings. Will was a great host, very proactive, responsive and has thought of everything. The house was spotless, comfortable and a super base for trips throughout Normandy. The downstairs suite and living areas in particular are very thoughtfully laid out for anyone with mobility issues, which we really appreciated, and the kitchen is heavily equipped with pots & pans and multiple coffee-making methods. The local village with a decent bakery is walkable too. We had a lovely trip, really enjoyed the beautiful estate, and would very happily go back.

Magnifique maison dans un environnement paisible. L'intérieur est bien aménagé et décoré avec goût. La cuisine est fonctionnelle et bien équipée, les couchages confortables. L'extérieur super agréable (bonus pour le brasero qui nous a permis de passer une belle soirée de début mai dehors). Idéal pour 8 adultes qui veulent découvrir la région !

Besonders praktisch: kostenlose Parkplätze direkt in der Nähe – und der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar! Villers-sur-Mer ist ein charmantes, ruhiges Küstenstädtchen an der Côte Fleurie in der Normandie. Ideal zum Entspannen, Spazierengehen am Strand oder für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. In der Nähe liegen schöne Orte wie Deauville mit seinen eleganten Promenaden, Honfleur mit malerischem Hafenflair und Cabourg, das zum Schlendern und Genießen einlädt. Wir kommen gerne wieder – danke, Delphine, für deine Gastfreundschaft!

Ce cottage au milieu de la nature est un vrai bijou ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans logement de Marie-Anne. L’extérieur est aussi agréable que l’intérieur, très bien rangé et aménagé. L’absence de TV et d’Internet nous ont permis une totale déconnexion. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

We werden vriendelijke ontvangen door de Alice en de honden. Na een korte (maar afdoende) rondleiding met enkele nuttige instructies konden we al snel genieten van het weer en de omgeving op hun prachtig stuk grond. Onze kinderen konden leuk spelen met de kinderen van Alice en Paul dus dat was ook zeker een bonus. Wij raden een verblijf hier zeker aan.

We hadden een heel fijn verblijf bij Alice & Ludo. Het huis was piekfijn in orde, gezellig ingericht als een echte thuis. Het is een idyllisch plekje waar je helemaal tot rust kan komen. Dankjewel voor de gastvrijheid Alice & Ludo.

Un havre de paix à 7 minutes à pieds du centre-ville. La maison est bien équipée et le jardin privatif très agréable pour les repas.

Il est des endroits dans lesquels nous nous sentons instantanément bien. Le Gite de l’O fait partie de ces lieux. Une maison simple, rénovée avec soin et qui a su garder son authenticité. Un cadre enchanteur, avec une vue imprenable sur la vallée de Grosley sur Risle. La maison est posée dans les herbes hautes, un simple chemin tondu permet aux enfants d’explorer librement les environs. Le soir, sur la terrasse, autour du feu, nous profitons des derniers rayons de soleil, brochettes de chamallows grillés à la main. Merci à Jean-Yves et Pascale pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur flexibilité. Nous reviendrons.

L'endroit est absolument magnifique: une maison spacieuse, agréable dans un cadre idyllique. Piscine, coin barbecue, jeux pour enfants et parc très bien entretenu. Nous étions 8 et chacun a trouvé sa place. Il ne manque absolument rien dans la maison y compris pour un bébé. Cyril est accueillant, sympathique et donne beaucoup de conseils promenades et d'informations sur les activités environnantes. La campagne est très belle et les villes à proximité magnifiques: Honfleur, Etretat notamment. Nous reviendrons certainement car tout le monde a été enchanté. Merci beaucoup Cyril et à bientôt.

We had such a lovely stay at Philippe’s beautiful cottage. The house is full of charm, tastefully decorated, and the garden is just magical. It was super peaceful and felt like a real escape. Philippe is a fantastic host—friendly, welcoming, and respectful of our space. The location is great too, close to charming villages and not far from Rouen. All in all, a really memorable stay. We’d love to come back and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and beautiful getaway.

Our stay at Isabelle’s place was absolutely unforgettable! Isabelle was beyond amazing as a host – warm, welcoming, and so thoughtful. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The location itself was stunning – beautifully peaceful and incredibly relaxing. While it’s remote and there aren’t shops or restaurants nearby, that added to the charm and tranquility. It felt like we had our own private sanctuary. The property is a dream, with so many thoughtfully placed little areas to relax, unwind, and just enjoy the surroundings. Whether it was sitting with a book or just soaking in the views, each spot felt special. And the house itself – wow! It’s stocked with everything we could need, and honestly, it looks like something straight out of a high-end design magazine. Every detail is beautifully curated, with a stylish, welcoming vibe that feels effortlessly sophisticated. I can’t recommend Isabelle’s place enough for someone looking for paradise. 😍

Le séjour a été tout simplement magnifique ! Le logement correspond parfaitement à la description, très propre et bien situé. Le propriétaire est extrêmement gentil, accueillant et toujours disponible pour aider. Je recommande vivement ce logement et je reviendrai avec plaisir !

What a pearl on our journey. Caroline and Sarah are offering a well equipped house in an charming area of the Normandy. Stick to their recommendations and you get a wonderful glance at the region and you feel to get friends - they are lovely, arty people loving their site. We where impressed.

Great location very close to the local amenities. Beautiful house, lots of space. We went as a family of 8 and had plenty of room, 3 toilets, 2 bathrooms, large dinning area and kitchen. There were also garden toys and games for the kids. The house was clean and met are needs. We needed 3 single beds which Severine and Thierry provided. They were very responsive and on hand when we needed anything. This place overall was a gorgeous place to stay with a large amount of what you need. The supermarket was only a 10 minute drive so very convenient. If you going with kids be sure to visit the swimming pool in lisieux as it was brilliant. Thank you both for letting us use your air bnb.

La casa y el jardín son más bonitos aún que en las fotos. Es preciosa. A la casa no le falta de nada, está equipada perfectamente y llena de detalles. Muy tranquila e ideal para desconectar de la ciudad. Ideal para explorar Pays d’Auge. Eric y su hija Megane son encantadores y han estado disponibles para resolver cualquier duda. La recomendamos sin ninguna duda.

Cottage très mignon situé dans un endroit calme et verdoyant. Endroit paisible qui invite à la déconnexion, tout en permettant de sillonner facilement pour découvrir la région. Le logement est très bien équipé. Hôtes très agréables et réactifs. 🍎

We had a super stay at Mathilde and David’s. From the moment we arrived we felt relaxed and the room had everything we needed. They were both incredibly friendly and nothing was too much trouble, from booking restaurants for, showing the best walking routes to local recommendations. It’s clear they go out of their way to make guests feel welcome, would absolutely recommend this stay. Thanks for everything!
