The house sits on a hill overlooking Lime Lake and Fish Lake. Both lakes are surrounded by pristine wetlands that are part of the Yankee Springs recreation area. The property does not have lake access. Each bedroom is air conditioned.

Welcome to this quaint 660 sq ft cottage on the 2,680 acre Gun Lake. Memories are to be made on this all sports lake with 5,200 acres of trails nearby at Yankee Springs Recreation Area. The main level is a full kitchen, bathroom, laundry & living area with a queen size Murphy bed in the living area. Upstairs in the loft are 2 twin beds & a full bed. No actual bedrooms. Upstairs balcony overlooks the lake. Outside you have access to 3 adult kayaks, 2 child kayaks, & a stand up paddleboard.

Outpost Treehouse

The lookout inspired Outpost Treehouse (not actually attached to a tree) sits in a white pine forest in the middle of a 50 acre active farm. The 15 hand crafted windows allow for great views watching out for Michigan wildlife--White tail deer, turkeys, owls, coyote have all been spotted from the elevated wrap around deck. The biggest regret that guests have noted is “we wish we would have stayed longer”!

Welcome to our tiny home! In 2019 my husband and I set out to renovate this old pool house into a self-sustainable apartment or tiny home. As you can imagine… things did not turn out the way we intended and construction was completed in the fall of 2020! We are thrilled to open up a part of our lives and our home to you! The amenities are not lacking within the space and we know you will feel at home!
