The cottage is located in the picturesque village of Konopnica on the river Warta, surrounded by numerous forests, which influences clean air. There are two outdoor seating areas next to the cottage, which are very useful on hot days from the north. Next to the cottage you'll find a terrace overlooking the grassy landscapes of ultra-plants from which you can watch the beautiful sunsets. The opportunity to see the neighborhood with a bird's eye. The beach is a 15-minute walk or a 25-minute walk across the river.

The farm is located on the outskirts of the Nadwarcia Landscape Park (the land of water and mud birds) and the Pyzdrska Forest (the land of "iron houses"). It has existed since the Middle Ages and its name: "Voivodship" is historical. Until 1904, it belonged to Gen. H. Dąbrowski. The guest house is located in the manor house from the turn of the 18th/19th century. Hosts provide complete information about the area. Meals are available. Free parking is available. Our Stable is part of a post-German house, located on a two-hectare plot of 160 m2, a terrace of 70 m plus a half-timbered house, the appliances of the old village have been preserved. Possibility to use the private library in the part of the house that the hosts live. The meadow is a natural wildlife environment. The patio (lunch and lounge area) is also used to observe nature. Next to the house, old orchard (hammocks) sunny and shaded places for those looking for peace. Large kitchen. One bathroom, shower.
