Excellent stay! I was there several nights. The room was fantastic, clean and quiet. I like staying in this part of town—so many great restaurants in the area and it's also a safe environment. Susie provided all the necessary information and checking in/out was super smooth. Would definitely stay here again!

The rental has a great location- very close to Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm, close to the beach. For the price, it's great space at a convenient location. I love the well-maintained community space and pool. Some negatives: No AC. The unit heats up considerably during the day. No neighborhood street parking without a permit. The garage is nice space for standard sedans or smaller vehicles. It's a challenge for mini-vans and SUVs to park. Noisy due to the unit is next to a busy street.

Just as described 3 bedroom 2 baths . Grill on patio nice little kitchen . Host responds within minutes . Centered middle of lake arrowhead village a plus . Would stay here again .

Great Job J! We were a collection of 10 adults, some couples, and we were able to sort ourselves out and everyone was able to find a comfy place to sleep. It was perfect

Perfect space for our Disneyland vacation (myself, husband, and two adult sons). Spacious, comfortable, and close walk to Downtown Disney! Median between the one-way north and south directions on Walnut Street made it easy to cross and get to Magic Way! Decorations adorable and lots of toys amenities for younger children! Great to be able to enter Disneyland via Monorail and avoid crowds at front entrance! Would definitely stay here again!

We originally planned to stay for a month but my house was not ready to move in, so extended for 2 more weeks. Wilson & Leona are great hosts, very friendly and always responsive. Their place is very quiet, clean and safe in a gated community. Great location, walking distance to an Asian plaza nearby, Pizza Hut, KFC and CVS also available in that plaza. On weekends, you can enjoy shopping at a fair market just outside the Nogales high school, which is just located across the street, not mention Mexican BBQ also available there on weekend nights! Last, lots of Chinese food available nearby and 99 Ranch supermarket just 5 mins drive if you love Chinese cuisine!

Amazing stay! The place was beautiful, spotless, and exactly as described. Great location and the host was responsive and helpful. One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in! Would definitely book again!

We were so fortunate to have found this lovely townhouse which was in close proximity to our family. It was exactly as described and has a beautiful view of the city during the day and city lights at night. Alfonso and Liz couldn’t have been better hosts! They were so accommodating to our needs and quick to respond to any question we had. I only wish we could have met them in person to give them each a big hug.

Gabriel was a great host very communicative and friendly. Allowed us to check in early and was a phone call away. The place was very nice and clean I would highly recommend staying here it’s right by a lot of beaches and restaurants. Can’t wait to be back in July

It was our second time staying with Kye and as expected it was exceptional! Property was as advertised, he is always prompt with his response and willing to give a helping hand. Julia was a great host as she was very accommodating and quick to respond. The place was clean and exactly as it appeared in the photos. Check in process was easy. I also liked that the area was gated as it felt more secure. The location was convenient as it was central to everything. I would definitely recommend this place.

We brought our family to visit my family and to celebrate our son turning 30. Beautiful home closely located to all of my family. We felt right at home. I absolutely love the layout of the home. worth a stay.

Filip’s place was perfect. We were a group of 8. Kids loved the pool and having space to do their own thing. Definitely highly recommend staying here as it very comfortable and lots of room. Having grocery target store in walking distance was perfect. This allowed us to save money by cooking meals. Washing machine was a god send . 5 star.

What a great find! She did a great job renovating this property. All the little details were well thought-out and this house was 10x better than staying in a local hotel. Downtown Fullerton is walking distance. We were very happy with our stay!

We really enjoyed the stay! The neighborhood in general was extremely clean. I walked every morning and everyone was so kind! The home was perfect for our family needs and we loved it, Thank you so much!

From the time of booking Anna was the most amazing host. Quick and responsive with my questions and when we were going to arrive early, she allowed us to store our bags in the garage, 3 hours ahead of check in time so we could go shopping. (Such a kind gesture!) The space was private, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed, especially after 5 days of being in a hotel, the space was fantastic!! When it comes to Disneyland, you can’t go past this property! After a 15 hour day, the walk home was safe, lit up and only 10-15min walk to Downtown Disney. (Hot tip - check into the park at the Monorail, it will save another 10mins of walking and queuing up at the gates). On our 2nd & 3rd day we came home for lunch, rest & swim then returned around 5pm - such a convenient location! Beds were so comfy, aircon great and the kids had a great time in the pool. I can’t recommend this property enough. Thank you Anna, I will be recommending your property to anyone travelling your way!

Nice and clean place

Overall the experience was great! Beautiful, spacious kitchen. Comfortable beds and furniture. Cute decor. The host was very easy to work with and responsive.

I took my parents to visit Pasadena and stayed at Vivian’s place. We felt right at home. The townhouse was a little challenging to upstairs and downstairs, so the bedroom on the first floor was a little difficult to use. Other than that, everything was great. Vivian was very responsive and always answered the message quickly and helped answer our questions. The location is excellent, very walkable to many shops and restaurants. It is quiet at night too. Overall we had a good time!
