They were very responsive and warm to me even though I only stayed for one night. It was a quiet neighbourhood with many restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. Although it was a bit far from Hakata centre, I would still find everything I needed nearby! They were even kind enough to give me a ride to the airport the next day. Lovely people, nice place!

It was a great stay! The host was caring and attentive, he even provided a lot of toiletries, including a hair straightener. The Airbnb was conveniently located and easy to find. Thank you! I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit

This place is in a great location. We stayed for five days and four nights on a self-driving trip. Although there’s no on-site parking, a paid parking lot is available nearby for 700 yen per 24 hours. Public transportation is also very convenient, with Minami-Fukuoka Station just a 5–10 minute walk away. We had a pleasant and comfortable stay. The host was very kind and even recommended some great local restaurants. Highly recommended!

This has been one of our family's favorite airbnb stays in Japan. It's a challenge to find accommodations for all five of us without getting two hotel rooms. The interior design is modern and sleek, and every thoughtfull touch was appreciated. Especially the modern toliet that greets you by it's automatic features. It takes a minute to figure out how all the light switches work, but it lends to the ambience. For a small space, we never felt cramped, it is well designed with a generous sink, shower and washing machine room. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed and the beds were really comfortable. We also loved going to the local convenience store, Lawson's to get snacks. The host was responsive and helpful whenever we had a question or request. Thank you for a great stay!

Very cozy apartment in a quiet area. Comfortable bed, nice shower, and fast wifi. We stayed for a week and enjoyed it very much. The only negative is that it's about 45 minutes from the city center, but the public transportation is good so it's no problem to get there.

It was a trip with a baby, so I was looking for a place to sleep on the floor rather than a bed, and this place was perfect. I had a small accident while parking late at night, and the landlord was so kind to help me that I was able to solve it well without any problems. Also, this place is close enough to walk to Dazaifu Tenmangu, so it was a really good location for a morning walk. Above all, what really surprised me was the cleanliness of the accommodation. I've used a variety of hotels and resorts so far, but I've never really seen a cleaner place than here. In addition, the landlord lives on the second floor, so I was relieved to be able to contact him right away when there was a problem. Overall, it was a very satisfactory accommodation, and I would definitely use it again if I come back to Fukuoka. Because it is traveling by car, I have a question with the landlord about parking. A lot of the host offers a place to park for free, Thank you so much the host. The host's house is clean and comfortable too

I am so lucky I found this gem. I really like staying outside the city Center so this is a perfect place for me. Mr Masaru has been helpful throughout our Stay. We were able ti maximize our stay by using the bicycles available free of charge. What you see from the pictures is the same from actual. Although it’s a long walk from nearest station, I didnt mind walking from that distance.

There is a 24-hour supermarket, and Bijakutei is very close, so I had a comfortable stay. There was also a parking lot nearby, which was helpful.

They were very kind and accommodating, and the directions and information about nearby convenience stores were also very helpful. It is also a short taxi ride from the airport, so access was also very good. Thank you very much.

Located just a few minutes from JR Minami-Fukuoka, the room is so accessible. There’s everything you need - it feels like staying in a house, not a hotel room as there’re facilities like kitchen, microwave, fridge, washing machine, hair dryer, smart toilet, etc. Masaru was also very responsive, and provided useful throughout the period of my stay. Highly recommended!

I wanted to get out of town, so I booked a few stops away, and the location was the best. It's quiet, but there are restaurants, convenience stores, 24 marts, and subway stations nearby. It's clean and there's no noise. The host responds quickly. If you have a dehumidifier, it's five million stars, but in Japan, dehumidifiers may not be common, right?.. I knew it would be humid because it was the rainy season, but the dryer power was unexpectedly high, so it was very helpful in the fresh weather. If I go to Fukuoka, I will book another Masaru accommodation.🙂

15 minute walk to the nearest station. With free bike rental if you prefer to get there faster. Many discount stores around the area. A home away from home. I will be back again for sure.

This is a simple apartment room with 2DK. It seemed cheap for the price. There were only paper cups and chopsticks, and no other tableware or cooking utensils, so I would like to have at least a minimum of tableware. However, it was sufficient for the purpose of sleeping. Thank you very much.

Communication with the host 10/10; ease in getting into the Airbnb 10/10; comfort and cleanliness of room 10/10; aircon 10/10; hot water and water pressure 10/10; close to train, bus, convenience, stores, market, restaurants 10/10. I definitely recommend this host!

We all had a lovely stay! Beautiful place, very clean and comfortable. Kitchen facilities are great. Fully equipped. Laundry facilities in house too. Excellent location with parking available if you are hiring a vehicle. Communication with the host is excellent. Very helpful and informative. Highly recommended. You will enjoy your stay here.

The Yamashita Hotel was a great location in Kurosaki that was perfect to explore the city. It was very clean and everything was easy to access. There were lots of amenities like blankets and pillows. The TV was nice for when there was cold weather and having to be inside was necessary.

It was new, so it was clean and nice. I was satisfied with all my family during my family trip.

I felt so comfortable that I felt like I was living in Japan! The surroundings were pretty, peaceful, and the accommodation was neat! I'm willing to come back☺️
