My house is located near the Ilsan Lake Park, the big Park, and the view of the room is beautifully amazing and fantastic. The interior design is so modern and glamour that everyone feel like comfortable and cozy such as a hotel. "A good day" is located next to the most bustling lake park in a mountain new metropolis half an hour from the center of Seoul, a 5-minute walk to the Korea International Exhibition Center (KINTEX), and surrounded by a variety of public entertainment - Hyundai Department Store, ONEMOUNT Park, a large supermarket.The house is fully equipped with cooking utensils, it is the best choice for family trip, lover's honeymoon, business trip when friends come to Korea!

There is a space where you can rest with nature, and there is a large grass yard, and there is a large lawn yard in the distance, and the wooded pine forest of the back mountain in the distance ~ From spring to the stone gap, where the Chrysanthemum Cosmos bloom in the sky ~ It is a place where you wake up a refreshing morning to the sound of birds. The 400 meters downstairs is the spacious and wonderful Duunkife (1 minute drive) with the hot No. 2 warehouse cafe (1 minute drive). 3 minutes away is the famous Oktobbit Space Center, where you can heal with your kids. The parking lot facilities are very spacious and comfortable to use for free. It's 2.5 times more space than the accommodation in the same building. Dining table for 6 use. Equipped with +1 sofa for 3 people. You may be hurt because you want to use a large space and that the price is higher than other accommodations, and the review score is lower. We don't set a price higher than the same area of nearby listings. Additional guest costs are also set to a minimum. It is a pretty cottage with a terrace and a jacuzzi, located near the entrance to Gyeonghwa-do Manisan. We built it with care so that you can play with your family and children. In addition to the bedroom, there are 3 bathrooms, so 3 families can use it without any inconvenience. There is also an air conditioner in each room, so it is pleasant even in summer. It’s good to transferring guest. Easy to travel in the other city(Jeju Island, Busan etc.). Because the domestic airport and Seoul Station(KTX/Korea Train eXpress) is easy to get.
