Great appartement in Nicosia. Location is perfect, nice and quiet neighborhood close to the city centre. Very spacious appartement with a nice outdoor space.

Tolles Appartment mit super Blick. Appartment ist sehr gut eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Es gibt sogar einen Trinkwasserspender. Highlight ist die große Dachterrasse mit Blick auf die Berge und aufs Meer. Sehr sauber

Wohnung sehr gut eingerichtet, man hat sich gleich wohl gefühlt! Die Anlage ist sehr schön angelegt! Der Check-in unproblematisch, mit nem Schlüssel-Code! Ich kann die Wohnung weiter empfehlen.

Alojamiento muy recomendable para pasar unos días en Nicosia. Próximo al centro y con todas las comodidades necesarias en el interior. El anfitrión muy amable y atento en todo momento, indicando en todo momento las informaciones necesarias para desarrollar nuestra estancia.

we made an excellent choice to stay here. it is a perfect size for our small party of 3 (2 adults and a 13 year old). Location was everything: think cultural center,Manhattan-like, everything walkable in the square yet relatively quiet and safe. this is a great home-base, and the apartment is homey and cozy which we lived. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and we would stay again. Thanks ✌🏽 😊

I would highly recommend this apartment. The quality and price is excellent. The apartment is brand new, modern and clean with very good amenities. Lots of food restaurants around and walkable to Ledra street and Salamou Square. I will stay here if I visit Nicosia again.

Stelios war ein fantastischer und freundlicher Gastgeber. Das Apartment sah aus wie auf den Fotos, nur einige Möbel (Bad und Küche) sind schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Beim Check in war es nicht ganz einfach das Haus und die Einfahrt zu finden. Fotos wären hier hilfreich. Stelios war sehr hilfsbereit das richtige Haus und einen Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage zu finden. Die Tiefgarage ist aber eher nicht für ungeübte Fahrer und größere Fahrzeuge geeignet, da die Ein- und Ausfahrt sehr eng ist und man mehrmals hin und her rangieren muss. Die Lage des Apartments ist perfekt zentral. Viele Restaurants und Bars befinden sich in direkter Nähe und auch das alte Stadtzentrum mit dem Grenzübergang in den türkischen Teil Nikosias sind in wenigen Gehminuten gut zu erreichen. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt.

I’ve travelled a fair amount and stayed at numerous places across the world and Eirini’s place in Nicosia stood out as one of the best accommodation experiences I’ve ever had! Truly felt like I was home, the place is tastefully decorated and most importantly CLEAN. Lovely location not too far of a walk to the city centre.

Lora has been the perfect host always available to answer and questions. The property is amazing, large open spaces my 1yr old loved crawling around the whole apartment whilst we could see her. With a balcony on both sides we had sun and shade options all day with fantastic sunset views. There’s a small park visible from the front door with swing and a roundabout. All route around are pram friendly we only ventured a small way around the salt lake but that was suitable and we even got on to the dried up part of the lake with a little carry of the pram. The hot tub is heated by the sun so easy to use and great on a hot day be sure to pop the cover on when not in use to keep it as clean as possible there’s an out door shower perfect for a rinse before use and the apartment isn’t over looked and is completely private. 10/10!!!

Great host so helpful and gave clear check-in information. Great location, love the use of the pools especially the roof top one! Apartment was well equipped and very comfortable, I slept soundly every night and will definitely like to stay again :)

Wir haben uns in Sophia's Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und ist wie auf den Fotos. Unser Highlight war der tolle Außenbereich. Die Wohnung hat eine super Anbindung zur Autobahn. Wir konnten viel von Zypern sehen. Es gibt eine sehr gute Bäckerei in der Nähe sowie einen Supermarkt, welche man zu Fuß erreichen kann. Sophia ist jederzeit zu erreichen und hilft sehr schnell bei allen Anliegen und Anfragen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und grüßen Sophia herzlich Tobias und Nicole
