Mr. Mustafa took care of everything very well, he was extremely helpful, he provided flexibility in our check-in and check-out times, and he was friendly and smiling, if I go to Cyprus again, I will prefer this place

The property was perfect for our needs, my wife stayed whilst attending an IVF clinic and couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable stay. Thank you Ipek and thank you for your help, and allowing us to check out a little later than expected.

Great appartement in Nicosia. Location is perfect, nice and quiet neighborhood close to the city centre. Very spacious appartement with a nice outdoor space.

Great apartment with great views. Apartment is very well furnished and nothing is missing. There's even a drinking water dispenser. The highlight is the large roof terrace with a view of the mountains and the sea. Very Clean

we made an excellent choice to stay here. it is a perfect size for our small party of 3 (2 adults and a 13 year old). Location was everything: think cultural center,Manhattan-like, everything walkable in the square yet relatively quiet and safe. this is a great home-base, and the apartment is homey and cozy which we lived. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and we would stay again. Thanks ✌🏽 😊

I would highly recommend this apartment. The quality and price is excellent. The apartment is brand new, modern and clean with very good amenities. Lots of food restaurants around and walkable to Ledra street and Salamou Square. I will stay here if I visit Nicosia again.

Great location, very nice and comfortable apartment

I’ve travelled a fair amount and stayed at numerous places across the world and Eirini’s place in Nicosia stood out as one of the best accommodation experiences I’ve ever had! Truly felt like I was home, the place is tastefully decorated and most importantly CLEAN. Lovely location not too far of a walk to the city centre.

Lora has been the perfect host always available to answer and questions. The property is amazing, large open spaces my 1yr old loved crawling around the whole apartment whilst we could see her. With a balcony on both sides we had sun and shade options all day with fantastic sunset views. There’s a small park visible from the front door with swing and a roundabout. All route around are pram friendly we only ventured a small way around the salt lake but that was suitable and we even got on to the dried up part of the lake with a little carry of the pram. The hot tub is heated by the sun so easy to use and great on a hot day be sure to pop the cover on when not in use to keep it as clean as possible there’s an out door shower perfect for a rinse before use and the apartment isn’t over looked and is completely private. 10/10!!!

Great host so helpful and gave clear check-in information. Great location, love the use of the pools especially the roof top one! Apartment was well equipped and very comfortable, I slept soundly every night and will definitely like to stay again :)

wonderful apartment,fully consistent with the photos! there is everything for a comfortable stay, personal hygiene products, a lot of towels, equipped kitchen! comfortable large bed! cleanliness! everything within walking distance,market and restaurant in two minutes walk! we liked everything very much! thank you very much to the hosts for their attention!!! 😁

We felt very comfortable in Sophia's apartment. It is furnished with attention to detail and is as shown in the photos. Our highlight was the great outdoor area. The apartment has a great connection to the highway. We were able to see a lot of Cyprus. There is a very good bakery nearby as well as a supermarket, which can be reached on foot. Sophia can be reached at any time and helps very quickly with all concerns and inquiries. We had a great time and send Sophia warm regards Tobias and Nicole
