Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Ombrée d'Anjou

An fabulous apartment in a beautiful example of the local timber-frame architecture. The condition of the rooms and furnishings are exactly as they appear in the photos. I would absolutely recommend this property (and will be). I would point out (for information only) that there can be street noise on some nights. (There are disposable earplugs provided by Michaël which is very thoughtful). Most nights during my stay were fine and remarkably quiet though. Also as this is an historic building there are quirks like the spiral staircase and uneven timber flooring in the access hall. For me this was part of its authentic charm but if you have mobility issues factor this in. Michaël was a professional throughout. I had a hiccup with my travel arrangements on the day, so my arrival was a couple of hours later than planned for. Michaël was responsive throughout and accommodated my changed arrival without issue. This was deeply appreciated (having endured a stressful afternoon).

Accommodation that matches the listing and photos. Large bedroom and large walk-in shower. Close to train station and city center. We put down our suitcases and we can do everything on foot. Close to shops. Very quiet because it's at the back of the courtyard, which allows you to rest. Very well equipped. Stéphane is very responsive to messages, which he responds to in a friendly way. I will not fail to give this address if acquaintances are looking for a nice place to stay in Angers.

Perfect, clean, pleasant, all amenities. Small gift samples for the bathroom. Communication with Sophie was exceptional. Melba is all cute in her garden. You can book with your eyes closed for a stop in Cheffes.

Everything was as in the pictures, at first the bathroom smelled a bit of drain, but stopped after we left the light and the exhaust in the bathroom on. Everything else is great.

The place is in such a great location for exploring. We loved being right next to the church on a quiet cobblestone road. Having a little garage was a great bonus for our car since this was a spot on our road trip.

Every detail had been thought out so well by Laurence and Jean Marie, the cottage was spotless, modern and comfortable. We visited Angers and Nantes as well as little towns such as Ingrandes sur Loire and enjoyed the holiday very much. We were very impressed by the area and particularly the lovely gite.

The place is great. Cozy, clean and good location. We had a great weekend, we didn't stay very long in the accommodation but the moments spent were pleasant. Our host was very friendly and warm, he even came to greet us. I would recommend the place 100%

Very comfortable and clean accommodation. Furniture and appliances are of quality. The garden is really nice, great for the kids. Shops (super U, Lidl...) are within walking distance. Several activities offered nearby (favorite for the Moulin de l 'Epinay, great with the children).

Reservation for one month. Well located, the parking space is a plus. Bright, well-equipped and clean apartment. Recommended. Communication with the host is very good. Only small negative point; the insulation of the bay window in the living room, we hear everything outside but not inconvenient in the bedroom.
