Only 2 blocks from the Basilica . 5 minutes walking. Enjoy being able to stay at the Esquipulas ❤️ Market and be able to walk to all the sights. We do not wash for 1 guest. Weekly 4 guests. It is fully equipped. 3 bedrooms 2 with king beds in one with a cot bed and 1 bedroom 2 queen size beds. At a budget price. It does not have hot water. There is 1 parking lot one block from the house. It is not house service, but we mentioned it as it is close.

Comfort and Peace Close to the Basilica Our stay at the "Casa Don Fabian" in Esquipulas was just what we needed. We were looking for a comfortable and quiet place to relax after visiting the Basilica, and this accommodation exceeded our expectations. The living quarters were immaculately very clean and had all the basics: a comfortable bed, air conditioning, and a private bathroom. We really liked the proximity to the Basilica of the Black Christ. The host was very attentive and helpful, always willing to help and offer local recommendations. We feel genuine hospitality. If you are looking for a practical, clean place with a great location for your visit to Esquipulas, Don Fabian's House is a fantastic option, we definitely hope to return very soon.

There are almost no words to describe this extraordinary property. The journey is an adventure. Made good use of our 4x4 to traverse the steep rocky hills on the road to Brunate. Thrilling. Upon arrival we were met by the Victor, the Brunate's guardian, who was super helpful throughout our stay, always immediately responsive. On our second day he took us on a glorious hike throughout the coffee farm. Made everything seamless. The buildings and facilities are exactly what one expects in a mountain cabin complex. KItchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms are comfortable and rustic. The fireplace area is a cozy nook. Great dining space plus a bonus room with a large table and good space as a chillout or work area. We used the Tamazcal two separate days and what an experience: invigorating, rejuvenating, healing. Sauna, cool pool, hot tub -- all powered by wood-burning fire and fresh spring water from local springs. So much more to say but will close with the fact that we can't wait to return.

I love it! 🥰 It's much nicer than in the photos, the atmosphere is delicious, zero noise. The pool is divine and super cool. The host is very friendly and whenever I needed something he answered quickly, highly recommended for couples, families and friends. The house has everything. If you want to disconnect and rest, it's a very good option! I would definitely return to this paradise again! 🥰

The host Blanca is warm and friendly, and meticulous. It happened to rain the day we arrived, and she drove to the bus station to pick us up, which moved us.The next day, when we went out, she took out her umbrella again and asked us to take it in case it rained. Blanca's dining pavilion is very comfortable and beautiful, and the food she cooked is great!We love her very much!
