Just a beautiful apartment. Refurbished in June 2025, we were among the first tenants. Hyper modern, very well decorated, with small details that make the difference: hammock in the living room!!, nice little lights... Well done for this work. From a more "practical" point of view: magnificent view of the embankment and the sea, you will be 30 seconds from the beach. Harbor side accessible in 15 min on foot, lots of good restaurants in the area (including on the beach). Host side: the team is super friendly, accessible, very attentive and concerned about our stay, the instructions are clear... A big thank you to you. See you soon, with great pleasure!

Our 4 days at the Hermitage accommodation went very well. Our host was very responsive and her instructions were very clear. The accommodation is well located, quiet, not far from the port or the large beach. We did all our trips by bike during the stay. The highlight of the apartment is its ocean view, which is just a 2-minute walk away. The only inconvenience was a pipe smell that can probably be erased quickly. We highly recommend it.

Thanks for our stay The apartment is very clean and quiet. There was nothing missing. The pool is a real plus to cool off at the end of the day. The stay was too short, we came for the Ironman of the Sands of Olonne. But we'll keep the address for next time.

Great stay for a weekend in La Chaume/Les Sables. Clean apartment with all necessities. Bright, pleasant with a large balcony very pleasant for aperitifs or breakfasts. Quiet residence both inside and outside. Easy parking and transport with the free shuttle, a real plus! Proactive host with his dad, very welcoming and accessible.

Pat's place is really exceptional. The fact that it is a cross-over offers a very beautiful view of both the bay and the port. Excellent equipment. Also note the availability and efficiency of Laurent who welcomed us.

We had an absolutely perfect stay in this apartment. Everything was in line with (or even better than) what was described in the listing. The apartment was impeccably clean, very well equipped, tastefully decorated and particularly comfortable. The sea view is amazing. The location is ideal, close to all the amenities and points of interest of the city. Host rating was very welcoming. It really feels like a home away from home. We had a very pleasant weekend in the accommodation offered by Anna. The accommodation is like new, beautifully decorated, very clean and practically on the edge of the ocean. We recommend this property without hesitation.

Very good stay. The listing is the same as Photos. The balneo is great. However, it is a pity that we cannot use it as many times as we wish because of the recharge time of the hot water tank. View of the sea, very soothing setting.

Very good place that matches the photos. The amenities are well maintained and a little plus the Jacuzzi already ready at check-in, no need to fill it and heat it compared to other listings.

At the height of the service offered. The jacuzzi in its housing is the cherry, with sea view, it's pretty good!! A bottle of chilled sparkling wine was intended for us, nice. We felt good there. Right in the middle of the sands, at the foot of the beach. Comfortable bed. Quiet. What a positive thing!

A romantic weekend at Damien's. We were very well received, the accommodation was perfect. The bed is super comfortable! The jacuzzi is really a plus that changes the weekend. The accommodation is only 20 minutes' drive from Les Sables-d'Olonne. I would recommend it without a second thought!

This apartment has been tastefully designed. It has a lot of charm, is very practical and you feel really good there. The magic happened as soon as we walked through the door. We discovered the city and its surroundings, but the first project was to contract, rest and recharge. This apartment was the right place.
