Townhome holiday rentals in Olhos de Água

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house in a beautiful location. The house was clean, spacious and actually nicer than we expected. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the Dolce Gusto coffee machine added a nice touch. On clear nights, we could see the stars and the lighthouse light from the rooftop - truly magical!

A group of us stayed at Mario's house while we were in Alvor for a wedding. We were all delighted by the house, it's beautiful, peaceful yet so close to restaurants etc. Mario is great to communicate with and gave great recommendations for the town . thank you so much Mario

La casa fleur de jasmin est très bien située à Olhão dans un environnement plutôt calme pour une maison de ville! Elle est parfaitement équipée et joliment décorée. La terrasse avec la vue sur la ria Formosa et les toits du marché est vraiment très agréable et très bien équipée, nous y avons pris tous nos repas! Cristina qui nous a accueilli est très sympathique. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans la maison de Nadou. Je recommande cette maison pour découvrir Olhão 🩵

Maison typique, à 5 mn de la mer, très jolie et avec beaucoup de charme ! Nous y étions 4 amies pour 5 jours mi juin, moment idéal car très peu de touristes et pas trop chaud ! Tout était parfait, rien à redire, nous recommandons les yeux fermés ! Merci Carlos & Isa :)

Vi var der for 5 dager med 5 dager golf. Siden vi måtte uansett ha transport, var det ikke langt unna. Perfekt plassert for vårt formål. Ett veldig hyggelig sted hvor vi hadde alt vi hadde behov for. Mange takk

This is a nice place if you want to enjoy the skydive nearby! Super close, and the house is so beautiful, the host is friendly and kind!

We highly recommend Stuart's home. He did a great job of communicating information about the house in the listing so we knew what to expect. It's true the steps to the roof are steep, but the railing and extra hand rail were excellent, so very safe. What did we like? Stuart checked in with us from arrival to departure, a very walkable location, quiet street, a little table in the back light filled laundry area, a good table in the kitchen for working, skylights in the living room (I kept looking for the light switch), all the vaulted ceilings, and the quirky and fun decor. Additional recommendation if looking for a really good, vegetarian friendly place, just a 3 minute walk away: Figo de Pita

Schöne, kleine Wohnung perfekt für ein Pärchen in einem Gebäude mit mehreren Wohnungen. Schöne kleine Terrasse, sehr gepflegter Pool (für den es uns im März noch zu kalt war ;) Mit dem Auto ist man in wenigen Minuten am Marinha Beach, beim Benagil Beach und bei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Man ist auch in ca. 20 Minuten an die Küste gelaufen. Lurdes kommuniziert sehr gut, hilfreich und proaktiv. Check-in und Checkout waren kein Problem.

I cannot recommend this apartment and Oscar enough. As a lone traveller, it can be quite daunting at times. From start to finish Oscar was amazing. He waited patiently for me to get to his wonderful apartment as my driver got terribly lost. He left me a beautiful bottle of wine and took the time to show me around the whole complex. I took up quite a few of his brilliant recommendations and thoroughly enjoyed every one of them. He kept in touch with me throughout my stay. Unfortunately I had a little accident in the apartment and he took it all in his stride and was perfectly understanding whilst I was extremely upset. The apartment is very well situated for walking to the beach, marina and the Old Town, yet the whole complex is far enough away to be extremely peaceful. If you want to travel further afield both Uber and Bolt are completely reasonable. To sum up, if you are looking to stay in Albufeira, I can highly recommend staying in this lovely apartment with the most super host.

We had a great stay. Modern, spacious and comfortable villa. Peaceful garden and quiet communal pool. Marina 10mins walk and shorter to some restaurants. Supermarket next to complex. Highly recommended.

The apartment is absolutely great and was perfect for us with access to the beach within 2 minutes and 2 minutes more into the town. The apartment is a great size, even nicer than the photos and really well equipped with a very comfortable bed and sofa. Persia is a fantastic host and extremely helpful and responsive on the couple of occasions we had a question, which was really appreciated. Unfortunately outside of Persia’s control but there is a bar at the end of the street which was loud until the early hours of the morning on the 3 nights we stayed there - Persia very thoughtfully provided earplugs which definitely helped, but not quite enough to drown out the loud music / street noise entirely. Nonetheless we loved our visit!

We loved our stay at Hernani and Alda’s beautiful villa. It was easy to find, in a peaceful, family-friendly location (with a great walkable restaurant!) and not only comfortable but modern and kitted out with everything we needed for a week in the sunshine. They were refilling the pools when we visited - not anybody’s fault, just bad timing! - but our hosts were accommodating and helpful from the start, offering alternative swim options that kept the kids (and us) more than happy. We felt relaxed, looked after and very happy with our choice of accommodation - we hope to return one day.

The villa was fabulous and very clean. It had everything needed plus more. Paulo is very helpful and responds quickly to any queries. Larger pools in complex 5 min walk beach 10 min walk local supermarket 10 min walk. Lovely quiet area if that’s what you’re looking for. My only gripe but I’m Irish so maybe not an issue for everyone! 😀 but the only bar that opens at night on the complex wasn’t open yet so you do need transport to get to bars / restaurants in the area. However Albufeira was only 15 mins in Uber approx 10e for 4 one way and there’s plenty of choice there. Great holiday had by us thanks Paulo

Great villa highly recommend

Magnificent place to stay for a relaxing wonderful holiday. The villa is amazing, with great views of the cliffs and ocean and well equipped for a comfortable stay. Can walk into the town for top up shopping and a choice of restaurants and cafes - bare in mind it is quite a steep climb home. The swimming pool was an oasis of relaxation and I would definitely revisit here.

Amazing place & stay. Really has the wow factor. Lots of nice personal touch’s upon arrival including simple but appreciated coffee capsules , washing machines & dishwasher tablets & afew local treats. Visitors book showing lots of useful local information. All in all one of if not the best air B&B stays I’ve had 👏🏽

Sehr schöne, gut eingerichtete Wohnung, für 2 Personen großzügig. Gut ausgestattete Küche, bequemes Bett. Liegt in einer sehr schönen Anlage mit viel Grün, mehreren Pools und Restaurants sowie einem Minimercado. Albufeira per Bus und ggf. auch zu Fuß erreichbar (wir fanden es nicht so schön), mit Mietwagen etliche kleine Strände in der Nähe erreichbar, sehr empfehlenswert. Kommunikation sehr schnell und hilfreich, darüber hinaus gibt es eine 24/7 /365 geöffnete Rezeption, die auch sehr hilfsbereit ist. Einzig die vielbefahrene Straße in der Nähe fanden wir am Anfang etwas störend. Im Haus bekommt man aber nichts davon mit und auf der Terrasse war es nach anfänglicher Irritation auch okay. Gegenüber liegt ein größerer Campingplatz, der am Eingang einen Supermarkt mit größerem Sortiment als der Minimercado hat. Minigolf gratis in der Anlage, weiterhin gibt es ein Gym, Fußballfans, Volleyballfeld und gegenüber neben dem Campingplatz Paddlebal und Tennis. Weiss nicht, was das ggf kostet

The apartment is in a perfect location. It’s nice and quiet but also close to walk to restaurants. The restaurant next to the pool was awesome. So close to the beaches and the zoomarine park. Will definitely be going back!

It really is a fantastic space - bright, clean, plenty of room and a perfect location. Kinga and Robert were both perfect hosts and went out of their way to make sure we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Would strongly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in vale do lobo

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Man war fern vom Tourismus in einer einheimischen Gegend. Der Balkon hat einen super schönen Ausblick geboten. Man konnte auch problemlos parken. Die Unterkunft war sauber und schön, man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Beachtet werden muss, dass keine Grundausstattung gegeben ist (Müllbeutel und Toilettenpapier sowie Kaffeekapseln für die ersten Tage gegeben). Die Einrichtung war einfach aber schön. Zu erwähnen ist lediglich, dass es im Schlafbereich nur ein kleines Dachfenster gibt und es auch, wenn man die Balkontür gekippt lässt und das Fenster öffnet, etwas stickig und warm werden kann. Die Fenster und Türen verfügen leider nicht über Fliegengitter und wir hatten durch das Lüften recht viele Mücken in der Unterkunft (obwohl nur mit ausgeschaltetem Licht gelüftet wurde). Alles in allem hatten wir aber einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft und die Gastgeber wärmstens empfehlen, wenn man einen authentischen Wohnort sucht. :)

If I could have given more stars, I would have done that. The place is beautiful and very comfortable, exactly as pictured: excellent bedding, nice and refined decor, with a very well equipped kitchen. We took advantage of the swimming pool which is at the foot of the small garden. Although close to Albufeira town, Terras Novas is surrounded by nature. The beaches that are 5 minutes by car are really very pretty. The location is ideal: 40 minutes from the airport, and very central to visit the Algarve. We were able to enjoy the apartment as a family (parents and two teenagers ), everyone was delighted to return after our visits and everyone felt comfortable there. We highly recommend it! Villa is breathtaking ! Thank you Tiago.

Just back from an amazing week! Sharon, Nicole and the rest of the team were fantastic. From the moment of booking until arrival they answered all questions promptly and offered a fantastic friendly service. We chose to do online shopping for arrival which was so easy. Sharon met the delivery, checked off the order and put everything away for us. We also availed of early check in, taxi transfers and hired some equipment. On the day we arrived Sharon met us at the property. The Villa was beautiful with plenty of space for all of us and all amenities needed. The location was perfect and close to restaurants and shops. A five minute walk took us to a beautiful beach. Fifteen minutes one way to the old town and fifteen the other to the new town. Thank you Rent Villas. We had an unforgettable holiday!

Looks exactly as good as the pictures…a really lovely place to spend a week. Walking distance to the bars and restaurants of the marina (10 mins) and a super market less than 5 mins walk away too. You get the sun for the majority of the day in the garden and the pool was quiet and well maintained (I only braved it once though as it was little chilly still). Highly recommended and would definitely return.
