Built with ecological materials and with own hands, the house is located on the foothills of Giebułtów, from where there is a spectacular view of the Mirsk valley, Świeradów-Zdrój, and on clear days, Śnieżka. The facility has two separate rooms on the mezzanine, a bathroom, an open living room with a kitchen and a stove to warm up on colder days. We offer a wood-fired sauna on request, and a bonfire area (charged additionally). Guests have at their disposal peace and quiet ad libitum.

POPIELATO - a small house (35 m2) with whirlpool for 4 people on the outskirts of the village of Grudza - 15 minutes from Świeradów Zdrój, 30 minutes from Szklarska Poręba. From here you have a fantastic panorama of the Sudeten. The house has two separate bedrooms (1 on the mezzanine), kitchen, bathroom and living room. We have a fireplace and hot tub that is directly accessible from the large terrace. The firewood is at your disposal free of charge.

Zbójna Debra

A fairy-tale castle with a moat, where there are warm and nice rooms with bathrooms and TV, will provide you with comfortable conditions for rest and many attractions. A conference room is available to guests (extra charge). Swings, slides and a boat on the moat. We also have kayaks and organize kayaking trips for our guests on the nearby Bóbr River.
