This beautiful holiday home is located on the Hondsrug at the edge of the state forests and is located in a small-scale bungalow park. The house is surrounded by a spacious garden with all day sun, but also plenty of shady spots. Within walking distance are the beautiful swimming pool 't Nije Hemelriek in the woods. There are several MTB routes, a golf course and various hiking and biking routes. The house has 2 spacious bedrooms, a comfortable living room, kitchen, utility room and spacious garden.

In just under 17 minutes you are already in the city and within minutes in the beautiful brink village of Zuidlaren. Beautiful shops but of course plenty of establishments.

Or pick up 1 of the 2 bikes that are ready for you. Under the starry sky you will fire your own fire and have breakfast on the veranda in the morning.

The house with lots of privacy is located on a large private property with parking spaces.
