Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Old Windsor

We had an absolutely fantastic experience, everything worked smoothly, and there were no issues at all. The space was immaculate and welcoming, just as described, and we loved how comfortable and thoughtfully prepared everything was. Communication with the host was great, with quick responses and clear instructions. You can even message the lovely owner personally who accommodated a late check out for us. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay. The location couldn’t have been better, close to key tring (5 min drive) yet delightfully peaceful for a relaxing getaway. From the cleanliness to the seamless check-in, every detail was spot on. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a perfect, hassle-free stay in Hastoe. We’d love to come back!

Initially we had booked a hotel near Heathrow for our two day layover before leaving the uk. With expensive transfers and thought of being stuck in a box. I then found John and Jo’s place. 15 mins / 2 pound pp bus ride that drops you right outside their door. We welcomed on arrival given a comprehensive tour, provide d with provisions to see us through until the next day. Handy when traveling with kids and arriving late. Hosts were always available and were fantastic to deal with. The house is cosy and in a good location for venturing out or as we used it for a layover and rest before leaving the uk. 5 minute walk from Indian and pizza restaurants. We will return and highly recommend to those looking to be close to Heathrow and have the comforts a home can bring. Thanks John and Jo!

Tam was a great host, very responsive and friendly. The house was perfect for us 10 minute cab ride from Farham castle for my friends wedding. It was as advertised and great value. Would stay again if I’m ever in the area.

Caroline and Etienne were gracious hosts, we could not have asked for more from our stay. Caroline shared lots of helpful details ahead of the trip and they were kind enough to even pick us up from the local train station which was hugely helpful and so very appreciated. The cottage was picturesque, a charming home that was both traditional but very functional. The details from being provided strawberries and prosecco (among other amenities like fresh bread and milk) were so thoughtful and made our stay extra special. We were in town for a wedding so sadly didn’t explore much of the surrounding area, but the village around us looked beautiful, a chocolate box town with any passers by we interacted with being so friendly and kind. It was fantastic value for money and we hope to be back to enjoy what the area has to offer again soon! Thank you so, so much to you both. We can’t recommend this place enough!

Was such a beautiful home for a lovely weekend with my girls very clean and comfy and the little touches was adorable especially the welcome treat and the flip flops for hut tub. Easy to communicate with and just a lovely and cosy home. Would highly recommend this place 👌

Amazing London flat! BEST check in (with John) we’ve ever had at Airbnbs- he is amazing & u will want him to stay & socialize after he aptly explains home features & mini instructions! Public transit is close & walkable from flat which is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood Highly recommend staying here if you want to explore London!

Great stay - huge apartment much bigger than the pictures looked with brilliant fully equipped kitchen, mega comfy sofa, everything you need. Lovely walks from right out the front door.

Accommodation and communication was spot on, much appreciated, will use again when working in the area.

4th time I’ve stayed. Nice clean flat in superb location near Westbourne Grove, good pubs and coffee shops away from the bustle of Portobello Road but close enough by to wander over. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. All in all a really good flat

This apartment was wonderful. Very clean and quiet!! We enjoyed the quiet street and the lovely neighborhood very much. The apartment was very close to a grocery store, restaurants, and the trains! We were able to check in early which we really appreciated because our cruise ship arrived in a Southampton very early. I definitely want to come back to London and will stay here again. We didn’t drink the free bottle of wine but appreciated the gesture. We actually planned to but by the time we got back to the apartment each night we were full! Thank you Mary Ann and Dal for your hospitality!

Neil’s place was ideal in so many ways. I was in London for an intense exam week, held nearby, and needed a place to base myself. I loved that the area was buzzy and alive yet the apartment was still quiet and I could concentrate. The bedroom in the back was very peaceful. There was everything needed in both the apartment (full kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine with iron and ironing board, clothes drying racks etc) and from the immediate vincinity from nearby supermarkets, exercise places or a walk around Hyde Park. Transportation was very easy, being a one minute walk to Notting Hill Gate tube with access to the Central, Circle and District lines. There are also plenty of bus stops (I took one across the road to Paddington station the day I left) and walking is possible to lots of places. I couldn’t recommend this place enough if you’re wishing to experience a cool neighbourhood in London.

Jennifer was extremely friendly and approachable. the accommodation was quiet, in a lovely setting and a short walk to the river path and the village. would be more than happy to stay again.

Lovely private flat in Sheen , a short walk to Richmond shops and restaurants . Nice pub along the road that we enjoyed . Secluded and private development, felt safe . Parking was really handy and easy . Lots of planes and air traffic but the flat itself was very nicely decorated and ideal for easy access to Richmond and the surrounding areas

Afsoon was a wonderful and attentive host. Easy to communicate with and keen to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The house is immaculate and peaceful - I could lie in bed and listen to the birds first thing. She offered to cook us dinner, for very reasonable price, which was a delicious Persian 3 course meal. We stayed here as we had to be at Dorney lake early. Although close to the lake, it is a bit of a drive to get to the other side. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great place to stay near Canary Wharf! The home itself is beautiful, spacious and clean. The hot tub and sauna are luxurious and a fun treat! Kitchen is fairly well stocked and easy to cook in. A/C worked great. Washer/dryer combo machine is nice to have as well. There is a small market across the street which makes getting groceries super easy. The bus stops right in front of the house for easy transport to Canary Wharf or anywhere in the city. Great transportation connections via DLR as well. Greenwich is an easy walk and a wonderful way to spend a day. All in all a fantastic place to stay! Thanks for making it a great place for our family!
