The positive surprises started right with our arrival, so that we could move into a larger and more beautiful apartment in the house without extra charge or the like, simply because it was just free. Pierre is extremely courteous and always in a good mood. Before we could even ask, he offered to recommend activities or restaurants in the area. The apartment was super clean and very nicely furnished, everything you need was available in abundance and Pierre responded immediately to inquiries or requests. Check-in and check-out are easy and flexible. If we are drawn to the area again, we will be happy to come back to Pierre! Simply recommended!

Everything was great! Nice and uncomplicated contact, flexible contactless check-in and great location. It had everything you needed. The balcony overlooking the water is the highlight of the apartment. The dartboard is also nice.

Juliane's apartment is small and fine. Easy to reach from the main train station by public transport. Walking distance to the Karl-Heine Canal. Perfect for a short (or longer) stay in Leipzig. The bed is cozy and the small kitchen offers everything you need to quickly prepare something or just have a coffee or tea. Very friendly and accommodating communication in addition. I would come back.

Mega place! Very easy check in, great location, great amenities. The apartment was very clean and modernly furnished. We will definitely be back. It was beautiful.

Close to the city and yet quiet and relaxed, a little gem. The accommodation has everything you need and more...like balcony, washing machine, teapot and much more. It is very neat & clean and if you get 🦚 used to the peacock you can chill out super... I felt very comfortable and spent more time in the accommodation than planned, simply because it invites you to come to yourself and to distance yourself from the stressful everyday life. The landlady is an experienced yoga teacher and, if you like, you can get further support in "coming down" in this way and will be well advised here, as well as on the topic of "establishing healthy sleep habits"...as we know, healthy sleep is the basis for so much...whether we are well or not...whether we get sick or not, etc. So if you want to do something for yourself and for personal relaxation, you are in the right place HERE.

Calm and beautiful place

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. The location was quiet and great for unwinding. The place was clean, well equipped and provided everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We particularly appreciated beautiful views, the cozy decor, the friendly host. We would come back anytime and can highly recommend the apartment!

Pretty good location near a few intersecting tram lines, good shopping and dining options, lively at most hours, close to parks and other activities. Apartment was a very good size with everything someone needs. Recommend

It was wonderful, we'd love to come back!!! The accommodation is still completely new, so to speak, everything is sparkling clean and fully furnished with everything you need, supermarket and other shops are within walking distance. The lake is great on the side of the house and with a private boat to relax. We enjoyed the peace and the beautiful garden very much. Our stay at "Der Waldwiesen" was great. The highlight was the cozy fireplace. The kitchen is excellently equipped and invites you to cook together and end the evening with a good meal. Everything was clean, stylishly furnished and thought out in detail. The property offers just the right mix of comfort and feel-good charm. We enjoyed every minute and are looking forward to our next visit!

A little paradise by the water! Our stay was simply fantastic. Sybille is a wonderful host – warm, helpful and always quickly accessible. From the beginning, we felt like we were on vacation for 3 weeks ;) When we arrived, we could hardly believe our eyes: the house is really right on the water! Looking out over the lake in the morning from bed and starting the day with this tranquility - that was pure luxury. The location is hard to beat: absolutely idyllic and yet close to everything you need. A bike path runs right outside the door, perfect for racing.
There are restaurants right on the lake within walking distance - and a fish sandwich stand that we already miss. Top equipped house directly on the lake with large bathtub, super kitchen & garden. Ideal for nature lovers & families. Between Markkleeberg & Cospudener See, Leipzig can be reached quickly by train. Clean, quiet & inexpensive – an absolute insider tip! We will definitely be back! Everything was amazing and exactly as described. Beautiful place, gorgeous views, private access to the water and absolutely tranquil. A bit hard to find. Amazing place, particular during summer time -warm weather. Loved every minute.

If you're looking for peace and seclusion, this is the place to be. Super cozy sauna and fireplace. The direct view and access to the lake make it perfect. In addition, the house is child-friendly. The noises from the pebble day building on the other side of the lake are only to be perceived quietly. There is room for 4 adults, there would also be more sleeping places. However, the house is already very audible, so you should think about it well with more people. Within walking distance is a consumption in the village (20min away) . The most necessary food and breakfast rolls are available here. We felt very comfortable in the house.

A great place to stay for a break. The location of the house is impressive due to its proximity to the adjacent lake & thus with lake view at any time of day 😉
