Perfekt geeignet für 2-4 Personen, wird euch in der frisch renovierten und neu ausgestatteten 2-Zimmer Wohnung nichts fehlen. Direkt vor der Haustür befinden sich zahlreiche Lokalitäten. Stadtzentrum und Stadtpark sind in nur wenigen Minuten Fußweg erreichbar. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig gelegen.

The location is centrally located in the Lindenau district and well connected to public transport. On the street side, we run a small wine shop. A stone's throw to Karl-Liebknecht-Strasse (Karli) with lots of pubs and restaurants. The apartment is equipped with WiFi.

Furthermore, this district has a very good infrastructure.
