Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Old Town, Prague 1

At Alex and Natalia's, two couples can live together without any problems. Two large beds, little space around but living room close to one of the bedrooms for suitcases. The day rises early and no shutters, curtains of course but plan the night mask if you prefer to sleep in the dark :) On the first floor, easy to access. Practical and welcoming entrance, umbrellas available, practical kitchen, table for friendly meal, good equipment. Clean and functional bathroom, non-separated toilets but it's clear in the listing. A good location. Bakery nearby, close to the city center on foot and close to public transport. Finally, very easy, pleasant and responsive communication with Alex and Natalia, we did not meet them but everything went very well, from start to finish :)

Our stay was outstanding, fabulous, just great! The location is absolutely perfect for exploring all parts of this beautiful city! On a quiet street but close to all the hustle bustle. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen….. apartment was spotless! We were there one month and cleaning lady cleaned apartment once a week and was pleasant nice lady . And wow did she make everything clean… Was a bit expensive but was relative to proximity to Vltava river, Mala Strana, castle, Charles bridge, parks and old town Praha 1. I want to give an extra thank you to Lenka… host 10+stars. She is truly amazing and made our stay even better. She went way above and beyond all expectations She is kind, helpful and always smiling. She is a gem!!!! We loved her. We Felt pampered . Hope to stay again someday. THANK YOU LENKA…we just love you! 🙏🏻

It's a very nice and cosy apartment with all basic things available. location is amazing that allows you to reach all the places very easily with tram stop just 2 minutes away. Everything was fantastic. I recommend any first time tourists visiting Prague. Just with kid one issue as TV is not smart we had to plan other things for him. Else excellent stay!

It is an apartment but in the hotel facilities, the map in AirBnB before booking shows Tylovo namesti, but the real address is Legerova street (main highway through the center). Otherwise, the staff are very welcoming, the room is nice and tidy.

Staying with Prague Days was a pleasure. The location was perfect, it’s just outside the main area so extremely quiet with a tram just around the corner that gets you into the main area in 10 minutes. The apartment was cozy and clean with amazing views from the roof terrace. There was someone always available to reply to any messages and all of the information/instructions we were sent were very helpful and accurate. We also tried out a few of the restaurant recommendations from Prague days with Waf-Waf (5-10 minute walk) being an incredible highlight. We would gladly stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a base to explore Prague.

Great location - you can walk to most tourist spots in the city and there are good restaurants, cafes, bakery etc. nearby. Michal was very helpful - always messaged back to my questions quickly and helped arranging transportation for us. One small suggestion I have is that it will be nice if there’s a full-length mirror by the door! :) We loved the city of Praha and would definitely consider staying here again if we ever have a chance to come back.

Fantastic location with everything close by. The place is very big, especially as there were just two of us. Great value for the price. Bed was very firm. Our favorite local restraint was The Secret Garden/SIU. We would stay again.

Truly a phenomenal place to relax after a long day downtown. The apartment is so we'll equipped that it truly has everything you need and more. Also the carpets are spot on, great taste. Can't recommend this place enough.

Petra is an amazing host. This is our first time in a fiat shared whit a family and we felt like at home.

I had a lovely stay at Josef’s apartment! The location is perfect — just a short walk to all the main attractions, restaurants, and shops. The apartment itself was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It really felt like a home away from home. Josef was a wonderful host — friendly, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay here again. Thank you for a great experience!

Christoffer was very helpful and responsive throughout. The flat is beautifully appointed in an historic building situated in a very peaceful area only 5 minutes walk from Prague centre. It is spotlessly clean and Christoffer checked our requirements for bedding etc before we arrived. The kitchen is very thoughtfully supplied with good quality resources, providing everything required for an easy stay, particularly if you decide to eat in. The bathroom is well appointed with a great shower and the bedrooms are lovely. Recommendations for nearby supermarket and eating out are excellent. We had a fantastic stay in a really interesting and friendly place. Thank you Christoffer.
