Great place to stay, close to city centre. Shop and restaurants nearby but still peaceful locations. Clean apartment exactly as in pictures and always quick answers from the owner.

Very clean place with everything we needed for our stay. Close to downtown. Simona allowed us to check in early to accommodate us when arriving early which was very much appreciated.

I’m giving a 5-star overall rating because I know how tough the Airbnb system can be on hosts. Check-in was a bit challenging at first, as the keys didn’t work well. However, the host quickly provided a helpful tip to use the key fob, which solved the issue. The apartment was clean and as described. The shower required some getting used to, as there was only a bathtub without a floor drain or shower curtain — using it took a bit of care and adjustment, but it was manageable. Communication with the host was professional and smooth. The location suited our needs well — there’s a large shopping center nearby and plenty of parking spaces. One thing that left us puzzled was the host’s request for compensation after the stay for a broken sofa leg, as it seemed to have failed under normal use. Overall, a functional stay and a good experience.

Everything was great — communication went smoothly without any issues. The host provided detailed instructions with photos on how to find the apartment and garage, which were easy to follow. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay, and some complimentary snacks and drinks were provided — a great bonus! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the city center. I would definitely recommend this accommodation if you're visiting Košice.

Dalibor's flat was huge and perfect for our big group. It is right of the middle of town but just tucked away so not noisy. It was clean and tidy but some minor maintenance could be improved (e.g. window blinds not attached / loose taps etc.) but still comfortable.

Perfect location to visit the old city and the city park. The host is nice. He even waited for us for an unexpected late check-in. The neighborhood is silent, we had no issue with sleep.

Absolutely Perfect Stay in the Heart of Košice! My stay at Lenka's apartment was simply outstanding, and I can't recommend it highly enough. Communication was perfectly responsive, making our arrival and check-in seamless. The apartment itself is beautiful and clean. It truly felt like a home away from home. The great location couldn't be better – right in the heart of Košice. If you're looking for a perfectly located, and wonderfully managed Airbnb in Košice, look no further. Es war etwas kompliziert um in die Wohnung zu gelangen, man braucht 3 Schlüssel und das Tor beim Eingang funktioniert nicht mehr richtig, es es war meistens offen. Man muss drei Stockwerke hochgehen ohne Lift, das müsste besser kommunizieren werden. Im ganzen Haus habe ich sonst niemand gesehen, wer wohnt wohl alles dort?

Byt bol krásny, k dispozícii bol aj kávovar s kávou. Hostiteľ reagoval veľmi rýchlo na akékoľvek správy a bol ochotný sa flexibilne dohodnúť na príchode a odchode. Cítili sme sa veľmi príjemne. Byt bol vzdialený asi 25 minút pešo od centra, čož bolo trošku ďalej ale vôbec nám to nevadilo, takže lokalitu hodnotím ako perfektnú.

Мы жили в квартире у Silvia две недели в начале зимы, остались очень довольны комфортом и отношением. Дома было тепло, чисто, в кухне все необходимое, чтоб приготовить еду, есть стиральная машина, сушка, горячая вода и огромная ванна. Большой плюс- это расположение: до центра города 15 минут пешком, рядом есть магазины, под домом бесплатная парковка. Общение было приятным, нас встретили лично, провели в квартиру. Очень рекомендую!

Very clean. great for one or two travellers in a good location. 9 euros for an early or late check in is too much but otherwise they were communicative, the place was nice and the free Netflix was a good touch.

The place was super clean and well situated very near to where all the action is. It was so convenient to have a grocery store so close by. And it was very quiet.

Great location - just a 5 minute walk to the city center (St Nicholas cathedral). On-site parking was a huge plus. We enjoyed Netflix on the provided TV on this cold night

Boli sme veľmi spokojní, Veľmi ľahké nájsť adresu . Na nás čakali o 21:00, rezervácia bola rýchlo potvrdená. K dispozícii je parkovisko vo dvore . Naša izba bola tichá, pokojná a útulná . Pohodlný nábytok a dokonca aj vaňa na oddych po ceste . K dispozícii bola aj kuchyňa ,ak sa chystáte variť. Odporúčam

Great Stay with Perfect Location! We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The location is ideal, situated conveniently between the railway station and the city center. (both 5-10 mins) The recent renovation is evident, as everything felt fresh and modern. Self-checkin was seamless, and the host was incredibly friendly and supportive throughout my stay. Highly recommend!
